Feeling almost my old self. Still the occasional bloating days and odd twinge. Exercise routines getting back to pre op standards, wearing my compression suit for working out as feel much better and secure with it on.
Was able to wear a bikini with confidence on a weekend away with some friends- hasn't happened in years. Very happy!

I've lost almost 10kg in total since pre op. Approx 4kg from surgery and the other 5-6kg through diet and exercise. Very motivating to keep going. Would love to lose another 5-10kg for goal weight.

Feeling so much better now. Just the occasional twinge and bloating at end of the day usually. Back at gym and did really well just sticking to cardio and avoiding core related activities. Had a bit of swelling following workout that lasted a couple of days but will wear binder next time to help.

Wow you look amazing! You must be so pleased with the result! I want a tt and blift and Dr Dona is one of the surgeons I've been looking at. His work is so tidy and the results look very natural from what I've seen. Do you feel happier for having done it?

Thanks so much! I cannot stress how life changing this surgery has been for me, not to mention how thrilled I am with the results and Dr Dona. I never expected results to be so significant as tried to stay realistic but have been so ecstatic. It really does motivate me more to continue to keep these results and has made exercising etc so much easier in some ways as don't have the pain I had before. I definitely would recommend having your surgery with him, you'll be amazed also I'm sure.
