Dr. James Gordon is a wonderful and very skilled oculoplastic surgeon. He was pleasant and honest in his assessment of my aging eyes. His office personnel and assistant were courteous and very professional. The wait time was short. I felt very comfortable in explaining my concerns to the doctor. I am very happy with my initial results and can't wait until I fully heal.

Although I've been told that I look younger than my actual age, in the past 2 years my upper eyelids have drooped dramatically. I believe this trait has been passed on from my mother because my father, who is now 94 does not have droopy eyelids. After a great deal of research, I found Dr. Gordon and scheduled a consultation. He was very pleasant, and candid with me as he explained the potential risks and the outcome of the procedure. The surgery took about an hour under local anesthesia. I had no bruising and very little discomfort. Dr. Gordon called me that same evening and a few days later to check up on my progress. The stitches were taken out on the sixth day following the surgery. I am very happy with the initial results. I will be back to see Dr. Gordon in 6 weeks for a final assessment on my progress.
