Tomorrow Mark's the 1 year mark of my lower blepharoplasty procedure. I couldn't be happier with my results. The procedure went smoothly, no complications, and recovery was quick. Yes I looked beat up for about 10 days, but no big deal. Now, I wake up in the morning and no eye pads or cold compresses for am puffiness. I am so much more confident, and feel it has taken years off my appearance.

I only have great comments of my experience with Dr. Kotlus, and his staff. Dr. Kotlus did a wonderful job on my eyes. I am thrilled with my appearance now, and love putting on eye makeup. Dr. Kotlus is kind, professional, and skilled in his profession. I highly recommend him for eye surgery. He is a definite 5 star doctor, and I'm so happy that I chose him to perform this most delicate surgery!

Before/After Pic

I wanted to share a pic from May 2018 and of today. The difference still amazes me, and makes me feel so happy. I hope this helps others out there! My recovery was short and I healed very quickly. Really no discomfort, just the 1st few days a little tight. Best of luck!

6 month post pic

Here are my 6 month ( a day shy) pictures. I am so happy this is done, and I feel great. This was a freeing experience for me. I no longer am nervous or embarrassed by how I look. No more bags. This was one of the best and easiest things I have done for myself. I couldn't be happier.

Hello, how long did it take for your swelling under your eye to go away/flatten. I just had lower bleph on Tuesday and my unde eye “bags” from swelling are still very prominent. Reduction is super duper slow. :-(
I would say by day 12 I was pretty flat. Still had bruising, and the whites of my eyes had some broken vessels.
Thank you for responding. Hopefully, I will see more encouraging progress. Your results are great, by the way!
Thank you. I'm sure you will. Everyone heals at a different pace. Happy healing!
Wow that is so good girl. I hope it keeps getting better every day.
Hi! You’re bleph came out great! I had upper and lower with co2 laser on November 30. My lower bags have gotten better but still have the extra skin underneath. How long did that take to improve?
Mine too with the skin underneath and it's been 4 months and I wish I didn't do the underneath honestly. I feel with the extra skin I look older. So upset.
