I was going through a divorce and really not feeling good about my appearance. I hated that i always had to wear a padded bra and was very uncomfortable in a bathing suit. I breast fed my son for 6 months and that really took a toll on my breasts.
My profile needed some refining. Nothing dramatic, but needed something. I had a bump on my nose that I always disliked. I wanted a softer appearance.

Dr. Ciardullo and his entire staff are amazing! He himself is such a talented surgeon. I trust him completely! I explained to him that I didn't want to go above a large C cup/ small D cup. He explained to me that he might have to preform a breast lift because I had so much extra skin. I really wanted to avoid that. My surgery should have been relatively quick and easy. Any other doctor would have done the lift because it would have been quicker and easier. Dr. Ciardullo spent 5 hours working on me so that I could still have a large C/ small D cup and not do a lift. The recovery time was quick. So much easier than I expected. I didn't need any pain meds. I have a friend who had just Rhinoplasty with another surgeon and she was in terrible pain for over a week.
