Hello, they look great. :) May I ask what size u were before and what size you are now?
April 17, 2013
Thank you! :) I was a 32C and now I am a 32DD (Victorias Secret bra size). At other stores I was a 34B and now am a 34D. I can wear the 34C as well, it just doesn't give a full coverage. My implants were tear-shaped 320cc-270cc This picture is from my 2 week-post op. I really should update the picture because they were still a little bit swollen there. They look so natural now, no one thinks I had a BA done. I couldn't be happier with the results!!! :) Sorry it took me a while to reply, I didn't realize there were comments on my post!

Oh very nice do u have any new pics? I'm still debating which doctor to go to. I'm currently a 32C and would love to go up to at least a D cup. I want them to look natural though so people can't tell I had them done. How long were u in pain for? and did u take pain medication after surgery? Also how long did u rest before u were able to go out?

Dear LadyLibra (hey, I'm also a Libra!). I am 6 months post op and they look sooo natural. People cannot guess I had them done. I guess the teardrop really does the trick for me! I had surgery on a Friday morning, stayed home on the weekend and that Monday was a holiday. I went right back to work on Tuesday and didn't have to take any days off from work (besides Friday, the day of the surgery). I never had any pain, I just felt discomfort trying to sleep for the first 2 nights because I was not used to sleeping on my back. For the first 2 days my body felt sore but I wouldn't describe it as pain.. You lose a little bit of your arm motion (like to reach up to wash your hair for the first 3 days). I also learned that I was always a 32C and was wearing the wrong band size for the longest time! Now I wear either 32D or 32DD depending on the kind of coverage I want. I cannot describe how happy I am with them! I'm updating my picture on this post, go check it out and good luck on your procedure!!

Oh that's great to hear. Libra's are the best :) Wow your results look so great. It looks so natural. I would never know. That's good bc I'm hoping to recover and be back and work/school I don't think I want to take more than four or five days off. Did you get silicon or saline? Were u limited to what u could do at work? How did u come to pick ur doctor? Thank you very much :)

Oh one more thing was ur incision site underneath ur breast?
August 24, 2013
Thank you!!! I'm really happy with the natural look :) If your intentions are to take 4 or 5 days off you will be more than fine! Like I said, I only took off the day of the surgery (Friday), and was back to work on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. On that Tuesday my movements were a little limited, I was concerned on lifting anything heavy. Since I work with computers everything was fine. I would just move around carefully, was just afraid to recklessly pull something heavy up, I kept reminding myself to do everything carefully. On Wednesday I was 100% back to normal (of course not doing anything dramatic, but I was feeling really great). I got silicone implants, tear-shaped by Sientra. The incision was underneath the breast because as you can see, he had to miraculously lift the left breast and Dr. Salzberg explained to me that having the incision under would be better for my case. Also... My aureolas were already kinda big, so I asked him to reduce them in case they got any bigger, which they did. How I found Dr. Salzberg: I always wanted to get BA but was always making excuses like "I don't know any doctors", "maybe in a couple of years", etc. So I randomly decided that I wanted to do this ASAP before a trip I had already booked for the summer. All of my friends have BAs but they got them overseas.. So I asked a friend if she knew anyone around here who had it done and she gave me Dr. Salzberg's number. I called and set up an appointment. Meanwhile I told my cousin about it and she reminded myself we know somebody in common who had breast cancer and got implants/reconstruction done. We called her to ask where she had them done and guess what name she gave me again? Dr. Salzberg!!! At that moment I knew it was meant to be.. it was a great coincidence and made me feel so confident that he was the one. And he really was. When I met him already schedule the procedure for the earliest date available. I was sooo happy I found him, if you live in the tri-state area I highly recommend you to have them done with him. Good luck!!!! Let me know how it goes :)

Oh wow that sounds good. I am not sure how long I will need to be out because my job is a little vigorous since I have to lift heavy things here and there. Do the aureolars get bigger after implants? Did you need to buy a whole new wardrobe aside from just bras? Did you also need to buy new swimsuit tops and shirts?
August 26, 2013
If your job is vigorous I think you would be fine with the 4 days off post op. You should definitely ask your doctor, he will be able to tell you 100%. Dr Salzberg told me if I had mine done on Friday I could work the following Monday and he was right! I was still a little sore but nothing that would keep me at home. It's almost like the feeling after a really hard workout at the gym. The aureolas do get bigger after implants, and since mine were already big, we decided to adjust them. I did not buy anything new aside from bras and swimsuits. To be honest I still fit my old bras too and still wear them depending on what type of dress/top I'm wearing. The old swimsuit still fits me too (bandeau type). So there's absolutely no need to buy new shirts or dresses.. Everything still fits! But I'm sure you'll end up buying new bras and swimsuit tops because it's good to have comfortable options (the old ones are very revealing now lol). And right after surgery they are a little bigger than what they will look a couple of months later... So if you go shopping right after surgery, always stay on the smaller side :)

Oh thank you for all the tips. Yea I don't want mine too big I guess I'll discuss it with the doctor since I feel like mine are big and would be fine if they stayed the same but not if they get bigger lol. Oh that's good I only asked bc I do have some swimsuits that I really do like and would like to still fit into them. I'm usually an xs in swimsuit tops I mean I can do small but I feel like they look bigger in the xs. I'd definitely end up buying new ones too of course :) Thanks for all the tips I'll try to hold out on the shopping till they settle in than :) Thanks again.

Yes, updated photos would be great if you have a chance. Did you request the teardrop shape or did your PS? The shape is very complimentary of your body frame!

Thank you for the pictures! My breasts currently look like your before pictures. But your after are what I would love! I also like that they look straight! I have seen some images where the nipples are going in opposite directions.
