Ive been signed off by my surgeon.
Feeling great.....so so happy.
I have now got the pre and post operative photos that my PS took....the pre op ones shocked me. I cannot believe that was me!!

feeling really good, almost 3 weeks post op....
Just wanted to let you all know that i am feeling really good, i went to the gym twice this last week, just for 40mins and just did some lower body stuff and no running, but its a start.
Also, the way my breasts look now is astonishing, i cant beleive how well they have healed. They look pretty much jow they looked before already, the skin has retracted and they have fluffed lots.
I actually really like the way they look and i cant wait to wear a bikini....
I am amazed at what the body is able to do in terms of healing itself. Ive been drinking lots of water and green tea,eating well,massaging breasts with bio oil twice a day and wearing a good sports bra around the clock.
Hope everyone is well, if you are deciding whether to explant, i say go for it! X
