Breast Reduction That Looks Awful.

This was my second breast reduction. My first one was over 20 years ago. With child birth weight gain they grew. It was suffering from back and shoulder pains to the point that it was affecting my work. I went to Dr. Luis Viñas in WPB Florida explained what I wanted and he said he could deliver. He suggested I get liposuction on the sides of my breast but it was another $1500 and I could not afford it. He did my procedure. Once the swelling went down I know that I was not happy with the size, they were still to large. One breast is
Smaller then the other one nipple is higher then the other. Can’t wear anything with out a bra because you can see that the nipples don’t sit evenly. They don’t have a circular or even pear shape. I went to see him and to fix my issues it will cost me another $3500 do you think that is fair?? I already paid and was very disappointed with the results.
