I decided to get botox for wrinkles on forehead and crows feet upon my visit assistant came to prep me for botox I had explained I might be interested in getting fillers as well as botox I was told there was a Mother's day special for volume and 20 units of botox. I told her I was interested and knew I needed more than 20 units and I had a budget of 2,000. After speaking to the assistant the Doctor came in and told me I was not a good candidate for the voluma that I needed a lower face and neck lift and that since I was a previous patient (had upper and lower blepharoplasty 12 years ago) and had said my eyes still looked great! he would give me a great deal 6,500 including anesthesia I told him I would think about it after a great deal of pressure from him at this point I just wanted botox done. He told me he was giving me extra botox at no charge for old times sake. I knew even if I wanted surgery I know I would not have wanted Dr. Reddy to do it I was uncomfortable with Dr. Reddy's steadiness I realized he now must be approaching 75 but at that point I figured botox treatment by him would be ok but I was sadly mistaken after a few days I did notice my forehead looking much better but now had a new problem my eyes looked awful I had droop in both eyes and awful swelling I tried to do the right thing and call his office and explained the problem I was told Dr. Reddy knows what he is doing and has never had a problem with botox injections that they would pull my file and get back to me I have called twice never received call back. Finally two week later I made appointment with another spa to see if anything could be done. They were very nice and felt bad about my eyes and had explained to me that what had happened was botox was injected to low and weight from botox caused droop in my eyes and that it would have to wear off but they were able to give me voluma and radiesse for the bottom of my face and did an incredible job. I guess lesson learned for me always check references. Will be posting photo.

We strive for patient satisfaction, and our history suggests that we deliver. I am at the office for 12 hours a day, and there is a senior staff member present for about 14 to 15 hours a day. Therefore, we are generally quite reachable. Neither my senior staff nor I are aware of anyone who has not been able to reach us with a question. However, if a question remains, you can call directly to (561) 641-1000 which is the cell phone number of our manager, who can make you an appointment immediately.

I purchase the most botox of any board certified plastic surgeon in West Palm Beach (supported by a search of Allergans botoxcosmetic.com website), and the 3 centers in West Palm Beach who use more botox either have multiple injectors, multiple locations, and/or utilize much of their botox usage on hyperhidrosis. My ranking with Juvederm and Voluma are similarly high. I therefore have the expertise to guide aesthetic patients appropriately.

There are so many factual errors in this assessment that it would be difficult to go through them all. Patient was repeatedly given the option of coming in, but wanted to come in when Dr. Reddy was in surgery or after the office was closed. We tried to accommodate her without success. Her story has evolved in different forums.

Sorry for what happened. These PS that don't take care of patients shouldn't be in practice. Shame is right!
