You NEED to See This DR! - West Orange, NJ

I've always hated my nose for as long as I can remember. I decided at an early age that I would consider rhinoplasty once I graduated high school. In the summer of 2006, I met with a "famous, renowned" plastic surgeon in NYC. He told me to pick out my favorite celebrity nose and he could make it happen. I had a bad feeling after the consultation. After doing some research and reading numerous negative reviews, I am so thankful that i chose not to proceed with surgery at that time or with that doctor. I decided to wait a few years and find a doctor that could give me good results. I met with a few surgeons, but I was discouraged because many of them did not want to operate on my nose for fear that it would look worse. (I did not have a horrible nose, but it definitely needed improvement. ) Because much of my problem area focused on the tip, i was told that i needed to meet with a specialist who deals with complicated rhinoplasty cases on a daily basis. After awhile, my nose really started to interfere with daily activities. I was always covering my face or nose and avoided talking to people. I had been looking at various doctors in the metro area on REALSELF and Dr. Joseph's name kept appearing again and again with so many positive reviews. I took a closer look and saw that he used silikon 1000 and was able to obtain great results for some of his patients without having to go under the knife. I looked at pictures of people with noses similar to myself and I could not wait to make an appointment!

When i met Dr. Joseph, I immediately knew why he received such positive reviews. Besides being super friendly, he is honest and kind and will help in any way possible. I've been to so many different consultations and this was completely different. STAFF was friendly and you immediately get the feeling that you can ask him any question without the feeling of being rushed or ignored. Dr. Joseph is extremely down to earth and (basing his work from my own results and what I've seen) he will give you better results than any 5th AVE nyc surgeon.

I had realistic expectations during the consultation. I wanted just a subtle improvement on my profile to make it appear less pointy. I told Dr. Joseph that i didn't want to go under the knife and he agreed. I received the first set of silikon injections in Aug 2013 to the bridge and tip of my nose as well as my lips. I was a little nervous since the results are permanent but my results were truly amazing. My lips looked much bigger, but still very natural. AND I was in love with my nose immediately. I was able to do normal activities that very same day without any down time. My nose will require 2 or 3 injections of silikon 1000 spaced at least a month apart. I had the second set of injections to my nose in OCT. 2013 and my nose looks even more amazing than the first time! I am still in awe that this doctor was able to improve my nose in just a few minutes.

My only regret is that i had not met Dr. Joseph earlier. Simple nose (filler) injections could have saved me a lot less time agonizing over my appearance and interfering with my confidence. It might seem trivial to some people but this "procedure" was life changing and has already improved my confidence drastically! Thank you Dr. Joseph!!!!!!!!
