I had surgical rhinoplasty about 12 years ago to repair a broken nose, it was more about health reasons, since my breathing wasn't correct, rather then cosmetic. It was all great until 6 years ago when I noticed my nose bridge started to shift to the right and at the time I didn't really gave it much importance. Present time, my nose bridge completely shifted right resulting in a bump on the right and a cave-in on the left side.
