WORTH IT
I went to see Dr. Joseph to treat my acne scars. I had tried very expensive lasers with no success, also peels and dermabrasions, which helped in some areas, but also actually created new scars. I also had a botched skin graft on my cheek which had left a terrible scar following an infection.
Many years ago (20 + years) I had silicon injections for my acne from Dr. Barnet, an innovator in the field. I had no problems with the injections - no lumps, no medical side effects, no additional scarring.
I recently went to see Dr. Joseph for additional silicon injections for my scars. Many of my indentations were significantly improved. Do not expect perfect results as my doctor leaned on the side of caution to avoid over-injecting as silicon injections are permanent.

Do you notice any difference between the silicon you used years ago versus the Silikon 1000? Have you tried other fillers to treat the scars?
