5 years later and still in love with my nose! - West Orange, NJ

When I first came into Dr. Joseph's office I was apprehensive and scared about having a Rhinoplasty however, within a few short minutes of talking to him I felt relaxed and confident in my decision. (Not to mention his receptionist is a doll!) From the initial consultation I was very impressed with Dr. Joseph's knowledge, his welcoming personality, and the realistic expectations he had set for me. After examining me he thoroughly explained what the procedure would entail in regards to in the operating room as well as post-op and suggested narrowing both the bridge and nostrils to make a more petite and feminine nose. Originally I had just planned on narrowing the bulbous tip however after showing me before and after images of what my nose would look like and seeing Dr. Joseph’s confidence and interest, I knew I could trust his opinion and work. (And I’m forever grateful that I did!) I scheduled my surgery that day and had the procedure done within a month. The big day came and my nerves were all over the place as usual but as soon as I got into the wing of surgical center where the procedure would take place, met with the kind nurses and Dr. Joseph, I immediately felt at home. The post –op was as comfortable as can be expected and to my surprise, Dr. Joseph for no extra charge took off a blood blister of sorts that had been atop the skin on the right side of my nose. (WHICH HAD ALWAYS BOTHERED ME!) He really went above and beyond all my expectations. He looked at my nose as artwork and adjusted everything perfectly to fit my face. From the consultation and payment to post op., Dr. Joseph took AMAZING care of me. He is truly someone who has mastered his craft. As an ENT as well as a plastic surgeon, I knew I had made a great decision by choosing him for a rhinoplasty. I never once felt like he was trying to rush me or sell me anything, in fact I felt the exact opposite. As a doctor you’d expect him to be out of the payment end of the procedure however, Dr. Joseph did everything in his power to cut surgical costs for me. I mean seriously, what Dr. does that? He answered all of my questions and took his time to explain to me even the nitty gritty details of the procedure. I honestly could not have picked a better Doctor. I am so thrilled with my results even after 5 years. After some touch up silicon injections last week, my side profile is looking flawless! (Which he did, free of charge!) I genuinely get compliments everywhere I go on what a perfect nose I have now and I even sent my mother and sister to him for consultations! All in all, if you are looking for a Dr. who is truly an expert in his craft and dedicated to his patients look no further! Dr. Joseph is THE BEST!
