Choosing Dr. Eric Joseph to do my rhinoplasty was the BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! He is the nicest, kindest, person/doctor I've ever encountered. Even his staff is extremely kind and helpful. I started calling around for doctors and estimates for my Rhinoplasty in February of 2016. Dr. Joseph had the best pricing, the most reviews, and the highest star rating. I was able to schedule my consultation within a week and my procedure within a month! I also loved how the consultation fee gets deducted from the procedure cost should you choose to have it done. When I walked in for my consultation the ladies at the front made me feel right at home. They knew all my information and said Dr. Joseph is excited to meet you. The office was very clean and comfortable. The minute Dr. Joseph walked in I knew I was in GREAT HANDS. He had a smile that lit up the room and immediately shook my hand and gave the greatest welcome ever. He was extremely likable and very personable. I was instantly relaxed and any sense of nervousness about this process was eliminated. He was extremely thorough during the consultation and he answered every question I asked. He then took some pictures of my nose and showed me a digitally realistic version of what my nose what look like after the procedure. He even explained everything he was going to do during the surgery to produce that outcome. I also truly appreciated how honest and genuine he was and continues to be to this day. There are other procedures he performs that I have asked him to do for me. However, he told me I didn't need them. I appreciated this because it let me know he is not out just to collect more money and he actually cares about his patients and conducts an ethical practice. On the day of the procedure he welcomed me with that same positive energy and reassured me I was in good hands. He even prayed with me before surgery which I LOVED. When I woke up I was pain free but was immediately informed I did have a breathing complication (pulmonary edema) caused by my gag reflex as the anesthesiologist was removing the breathing tubes. This caused some fluid to enter my lungs so I did have to go to the ER after the procedure. Dr Joseph was right there with me and made sure I got first class treatment from the ER. He stayed with me for hours until I was good to go!!! We even FaceTimed during my recovery and was always available if had questions about anything! I am now 3 months post op and I LOVE MY NOSE and Love how I look! The subtle changes helped me achieve a natural look and now I love taking pictures and videos. I want to say thank you to DR. ERIC JOSEPH and I would advise anyone looking for a rhinoplasty to chose him!
