When I was pregnant with my 1st child my breast...

When I was pregnant with my 1st child my breast size went from a 36D to a 38F. After I lost my weight I dropped to a saggy 36C, which only got worse after my 2nd child. After years of consideration I finally decided to go ahead and get a lift with implants. Originally I was thinking silicone, but my surgeon recommended saline, since I had so much extra skin from being so large at one point he said he had more flexibility filling the saline implants so that's what I went with. I ended up having an anchor lift with 300cc saline implants under the muscle. When you wake up from surgery your chest feels extremely heavy, you will feel that pressure for a few days but it goes away a little more each day. I needed pain killers for 4 days, it's more uncomfortable than actual pain. Sleeping was not fun the first two weeks, I felt like a vampire propped up on several pillows practically sleeping sitting up just to feel good. I was so swollen the first 10 days and couldn't drive. But the swelling just like the chest pressure go away each day. All my stitches were removed by week 2 and im still healing at week 4 with scabs still falling off the scars. I must say I feel great and love my new boobs. I know I still have a long way to go, but so far so good.

Congratulations on your new breasts! I wish u all the best recovery & you look wonderful! I have a similar situation with breasts becoming so large with pregnancy & breastfeeding. I'm almost 12 wks post-op from a full anchor lift with 425cc Mod plus silicone under muscle implants. I wish u all the best with your recovery :D

Do you know what size bra your gonna be wearing... My doctor said a full c would be good for me... 400cc I think. But I am still trying to decide... Saline or silicone

Well I wanted a C but since I had so much skin from being a size F while pregnant I ended up with D cups. But honestly I love them! Doctor chose saline for me so he had control of the size of the implant. If I went with silicone and they were too small or too big, I would be stuck with them, no room to adjust. I have friends with silicone and friends with saline, I think we all look great, can't tell the difference.

I have moderate plus profile saline implants. For the first two weeks I wore Danskin sports bras from Walmart, make sure they zip in front because you won't be able to get your hands behind your back to clip a bra and no wires! They were so comfortable and I bought them in my anticipated cup size (D) and then 2 sizes up a 38D & 40D, because due to swelling in the beginning you will be very large! After the 2nd week I went and got Champion Sports Bras that had a small clip in the front, also from walmart. Don't spend money on expensive sports bras because you will go through a few throughout your recovery. Good luck with your surgery!

7 Weeks Post Op!

Today I'm 6 weeks post op. Just a few more dissolvable stitches are left, but otherwise I feel great, breasts continually get softer & settle. Best part is I can finally sleep on my side comfortably. Time to go bra shopping, something I never used to be excited for :)
