Im 2 weeks today post op for liposuction of my legs and knees and breast augmentation. My apologies for not putting up pics of the lipo. The swelling is so much its hard to see the results. But when i can take some really good shots. (I'll get the before ones from the doc), I will post. Im afraid i'm not sleeping upright enough for my boobs to "drop". They seem to be pretty swollen. Since i haven't had much pain or what it seems as swelling on my boobs (just bc they are bigger in general), I may have neglected their healing due to the uncomfortable liposuction garment and keeping my legs up while i sleep. Anyway, here are some pics. Tomorrow am i will get this ugly old tape off the incision sites. Ps. Tumeric shots and daily lymphatic massages have helped my lipo swelling so so much!!

those aren't stretch marks they are indentations from the medical bra :)
Looking great! Dr Spiro does excellent work. They look really nice! Hope you are recovering well. The first week is the hardest and then it gets better.
Oh Thank you!! My boobs arent really causing any pain, its the liposuction on my legs that really hurts and wearing this torture chamber garment! When does he say we can take off the strap that goes on top of the bra? I see him thursday, just wondering if he will give me the okay to take it off. Im now at day 5 post op

I did a lot of research on finding the best doctor...
I did a lot of research on finding the best doctor for BA. I went from a 34A to about 34C, maybe larger, not sure yet. He used 350cc, under the muscle silicone Ultra High Profile. Dr. Spiro is amazing! Ive been to another plastic surgeon before here in NYC and he did a terrible job on my lipo, but Spiro came in and saved the day! I also went to plenty of other consultations prior to choosing Dr. Spiro.

Hey! The lipo pain has been much worse! i'm doing much better. I asked the doc about the arnica tablets and he said no. :( i had a very light lymphatic massage today and that helped somewhat. ive been using the percs to get through the pain bc it is pretty rough. esp around the knees and inner thighs. and its just so uncomfortable sleeping with the garmet on but you get used to it. with the swelling i recommend arnica gel or cream. and also a specialized therapist who does lymphatic massage. also i keep my legs raised (above my heart) when i'm laying down and sleeping. i also LOVE this homeopathic cream/balm that this sweet lady in NJ makes. she is so trustworthy she sends you the cream and then you send her a check. Very hippy and old fashion and a great person. here is her info: touch2rn@aol.com her name is cheryl chapman and she is a wonderful person. the product is called herbal touch. The pain seems the worst on day 3 but it comes and goes. Its def easier to move around though. Dr. Spiro is amazing and so is his staff. I am so happy with my results thus far. Best of luck to everyone. God Bless! xo
Yes I love Dr. Spiro! I was supposed to go for my 2nd follow up tomorrow but due to the snow storm, they rescheduled me for thursday. Your boobs look great, by the way. The size looks perfect! He did a really great job. I tried to post pics of mine, but they kept uploading upside down. Ive been doing okay with the boobs, its my lipo that really hurts. I can't wait to take off this torture strap that goes over my bra! awful! but i guess it helps push the puppies down so they are not so high up there. Congrats on you and your hubby! Really great to have that passion again. :)
i saw your comment on someone elses page about your lipo pain compared to the BA pain...BA is nothinngg! its more discomfort and weird feeling but the lipo in my legs has been reaaally rough. i started taking some arnica tablets today hoping it will help with the swelling, i figured i might as well try. how are you doing??
Did your doc say you can take the arnica tablets? mine said i coudln't and i was so bummed
i didnt ask...i am seeing him today so i will mention it. i figured since its natural and i am not really taking any of my other meds anymore it should be fine...every now and then a pain pill for my legs but thats it.
