Quick 3 Month Update
newday16July 11, 2017
WORTH IT$22,000
Just a quick 3 month update. Doing very well overall, almost back to my full activity/fitness level. Still dealing with swelling in my upper abdomen, especially after eating something too salty, enjoying some wine and after exercising. I just started lymphatic massages which seam to be helping, and am wearing a medium size compression garment, and will be ready for a small very soon. Am absolutely loving wearing clothes and having a more defined shape. Really focusing on my diet and exercise to take off a few more pounds and maximize my procedures.
Happy healing all, enjoy your summer:-)

10 weeks post op

10 week surgiversary today. Doing very well overall!! Scars are lightening, and I'm getting stronger and stronger each day. Working out regularly, and slowly regaining strength in my abdominals. Still dealing with tightness and swelling, and wearing compression 24/7, except when showering. All in all, this has been life changing. There are a couple touch ups that my PS wants to do, and we've discussed doing a brachioplasty and bra line back lift at the same time. It's just a matter of when I'm ready.

You look amazing! What was your breast size before surgery and now after? You didn't get implants right? Your breast and tummy look amazing. So inspiring!

Thanks for the kind words! I was between a D and DD before. I did get silicone implants, and am about a DD now, still swollen, and waiting for them to drop

I'm a few days out from having a fleur de lis tt , lipo on thighs, an breast lift with 375 ccs implants. I was 331 at my heaviest and around surgery I was around 238... I have not taken my cg off yet , but seeing your amazing results just makes me so excited!! The pain is like nothing I've endured - even brain surgery that I had a year ago! But it does get better. I think the worst thing is when I get these coughing fits.. I press a pillow to help, but it is so excruciating. I wish I could just sleep for week! Lol. I only took off 1 week off from work , I hope I didn't make a mistake! I figured since I sit behind a desk it wouldn't be so bad! Try for sharing your journey, I will follow you for more updates!

Sincere apologies for the late response!! I somehow missed this! Thx for your kind words, and congrats on your surgery. I know it's tough now, but I PROMISE, it gets better. By around week three or four, it should be easier for you to cough and sneeze. My skin itching and irritation also subsided somewhat around then, and my energy levels started returning to kinda normal. Drink lots of water, eat tons protein, take arnica, and try to walk daily until your PS clears you for exercise. Inbox me with questions if needed:-)

Need a new wardrobe
newday16May 19, 2017
I don't know why, but I totally didn't budget for the fact that I'll need new clothes, LOL! But it sure is fun wearing clothes without a belly and with some more defined curves. Doc says I really won't see final results for 3-6 months, but I'm optimistic so far:-)
