My experience at Ziering medical was incredible! I got all my pre-treatment info and questions answered ahead of time and my brow micropigmentation results are fantastic. The team is so friendly and caring, I felt right at home when I was there. From the numbing injections (which I was scared of the most), they made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. They let me know each step and what was going to happen before it happened. I got the post-treatment instructions and a take-home kit which was so helpful to use when I left the office. Janet and the team checked in on me after my brow treatment and I was able to ask them questions and get them answered very quickly. I have had very sparse and light colored brows my whole life and this procedure gave me my confidence back. I can now go swimming in my pool and not have to worry about them smearing off when I get out of the water. I can go to the gym and wipe my face off and not worry about them wiping off too. Best of all, this lasts for up to 2 years, which means I won't have to add makeup on my brows for that long! Dr. Ziering went over my options, and this procedure was the perfect one for me, right now. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. The lack of hair in my eyebrows has made me very self-conscious for such a long time, having such long and beautiful hair and big thick eyeglasses, the focal point is always my eyes.
