I had an extremely pleasant experience here back in June. Firstly, she is very punctual with following up for appointments/sending reminders - which I thought was really helpful! And it wasn't done in a way that was pushy so thank you for that.
The facility is bright, clean, and pretty easy to get to!
Natalia did my brows.
During the consultation which lasted about 20 minutes, she listened patiently to what I told her I wanted, talked me through the color of my brows and how it would match my hair color, and ultimately drew on a "draft" of my brows. I asked her to make it more arched and she did just that. I appreciate her patience with me. The whole procedure was not too long. After she was done, I asked her to touch up the corners a little bit, which she kindly did. She never seemed rushed even though someone else was waiting for her by then.
I was a little thrown off by how strong and dark my brows looked at first but she informed me that the freshly microbladed brows are going to look much darker for 2 weeks or so, until it heals. It faded a lot, and peeled kind of weird while it was healing for 6 weeks. I went in for my perfecting session, got it touched up, and to this day, still have my brows!
I love waking up not having to do it too much. I do have to fill in my brows on occasion as it seems to have faded quite a bit since June. I have some faded patches here and there but overall, I still love them! Great investment.
