I am now 7 months postop. My results/fat graft seem to be lasting and I look better now then I did a few months ago. I no longer have a tight Restricted feeling like I did before my surgery; I believe he broke up a lot of the scar tissue. I can stretch fully without feeling restricted. I do not want to mislead you and say that I am 100% happy and ready to be in a bikini. I do however look better and feel my surgeon did a good job considering the circumstances.
I do feel my photos may be a bit misleading since I do you use the iPhone X to take pictures and it adds a natural smoothing effect to the photo (it’s built into the phone) I also want to point out that my stomach looks different in different lighting, it looks much more irregular in the sunlight or looking at me from the side. I still plan on doing a Tummy tuck and I feel my results after a tummy tuck will look even better since I did a fat grafting to the botched areas first.

I would say you had great improvement. And that is all yoh can really expect in these situations. A TT would definitely be worth doing, I've seen amazing results in these type of cases. Good luck!

Oh lady, I so hope you get healed ♥️

I was wondering how you’re results have been turning out now that some time has passed? I’m looking for a liposuction revision specialist and Dr. Svehlak was one I was very interested in. Hope this recovery gave you the results and piece of my mind you wanted.

You've had amazing improvement! Wow! And as for CIPLA, I've heard they let students perform operations (unattended & without patient consent). The reason they know this is because they woke up and Duran wasn't performing the Lipo

I think it looks good. How do you feel about your results now today?

So I’m not perfect, but do I regret my surgery? No. Will I need more surgeries, yes. I would definitely get another fat grafting round on my arms and I plan on doing a Tummy tuck in the future. (Not with Svehlak)
I feel back to my old self but better! I have no tightness from stretching like I did before my surgery with Dr. Svehlak and I believe that’s because he broke up the scar tissue. I do notice if I wear something tight i can see the indentation of it on my stomach. The swelling is there but not noticeable until I do wear something that presses against my skin.
I came into this with realistic expectations since Dr. Svehlak didn’t sell me a dream & he was honest about me looking better not perfect. Ask me your questions below or PM me.

Hey Doll, before you spend another mass amount on a revision, please look up medical massage Professionals in miami. The owner has a lot of experience in removing fibrosis which a lot of times, causes the irregular lumpy look after lipo. On ig, the name is @lymphaticdrainagepostop and they use no machines or surgical procedures, just hands to treat the fibrosis. It usually takes atleast a package of 5 sessions to smooth out most and it helps many people 5 yrs post op or less. I'm not trying to pitch anything to you, but suggesting another option worth a try before another round just to see if it helps any. I think a 5 session package is around $600.

Not yet but I plan to go in the next few months before my rd 2 revision to fix an uneven lipo situation and I want my abdomen and back to be in better condition after getting fibrosis the first time. I'll be using them for my post op massages as well to lessen the chances of that [RS bleep] happening again.

Girl....I honestly thought ( maybe)there's no real improvement... due to the type of revision that had to be done... as u know, I as well went to Duran! So I know.. but Girl! And I just don't say things just because...... but, yes I see a difference in before and after....... truly very good results considering........however, I know it's about what we see in ourselves!
Nevertheless, again Thankyou for posting........
Best regards

What kind of lipo did he do? Vaser? How did he break up the scar tissue?
April 16, 2019
Please let me know. I am having the same issues.

Did he use suctionless Vaser to break up the scar tissue? Or just a cannula?

Not perfect but way better than before! I am still slightly sore and swollen. I can already tell already at this point I would like a possible 2nd revision to smooth everything out some more...possibly a year from now. My doctor was very realistic about my outcome and said he could make it better but not perfect. This is my new reality.
