Chin, Abs, Flanks, and Back

I'm extremely happy that I decided to go with this. I no longer have a double chin. I no longer get questioned whether I'm pregnant. (Yeah, that one would sting quite a bit.) No matter how much exercise I'd do (3-4x a week group training), I would still carry around a huge pouch.

Dr. Hansen is amazing and I definitely recommend him!!

Wow! After the initial shock of first week, I am finally feeling much better. There is definitely a HUGE difference. I have a well defined waist.

I went back to my fitness studio to take a class. Planks were a challenge as I'm still very sore in the area.

The massages that I started yesterday are extremely painful.

I just go the procedure yesterday. I was under local anesthetic. This means that I was awake and under pain killers.

During the procedure, I watched a movie with a headset that looked like VR headset. I did not feel pain during the procedure because there was a nurse assisting the doctor who made sure I was comfortable.

After the procedure, I slept the entire day. The areas that had the procedure done are extremely sore after I woke up. Image having done an extremely strenuous workout and the pain/soreness the day after. This pain feels about 10x worse.
