28 years old, silicone under the muscle, capsule and implant removal

Forgot to include a pic with no implants! I'm pleased so far. Excited to see what my nipples will look like but I'm not expecting any miracles. I had tuberous breasts before with incredibly large areola. I will try to find a picture of them but I'm pretty sure they're all long gone. I'm just really, really happy I did this.

I decided to add some photos because I know when I was researching removal I couldn't get enough of the before/afters. When I was in the recovery room I think I was told one of my implants had ruptured. Not sure of the full details but I will update after my post op visit :)

Dr Tsai performed my breast augmentation with a donut life 3 years ago and I couldn't believe how good they looked especially once I saw the high failure rate of the benelli lift. He made me feel totally comfortable and I had minor complications mostly due to nausea and not being able to keep fluids down. I recently developed capsular contracture and it really affected the way my left breast looked and felt. I was also experiencing non-stop back and shoulder pain from the sheer weight of my breasts. When I saw him to discuss the CC he laid out all the options for me. I ultimately decided to just remove the implants and redo the donut lift and I really liked that he didn't pressure me into a full lift. He also gave me a heavily discounted rate. His coordinator Lindsey is an ANGEL and literally arranged everything for me, even my pre op blood work. All my emails were answered promptly and she was always available to answer any questions. I am currently 1 day post-op and will update more later! So far I feel fine. Way less painful than getting the implants put in.
