Left me with one love handle - only got one flank removal

So I got lipo 360 from Dr. Tsai plus BBL. I paid $10,000 for the whole procedure. I’ve seen sooo many videos of this procedure On YouTube and Snapchat of surgeons and I’ve seen then usually incision the bottoms of the belly for lipo. I paid for upper and lower belly both flanks and upper and lower back. When I took off everything after my surgery I seen the only incisions he made were my upper back my side hips, and one on my belly button. Within the first month Dr. Tsai told me to switch from compression garment to waist trainer...I went to many stores in LA who sold the waist trainers and garments and they all recommended that I stick to a compression garment since it’s still too son to switch to a waist trainer but I went with whatever advice my Dr gave me. Anyway, once the swelling started going down I noticed Dr. Tsai didn’t Lipo around my belly button and didn’t lipo my right flank. I think because he didn’t start liposuctioning from the bottom of my stomach like I paid for he didn’t do a semmetrical job. Either way I am not happy AT ALL. He left me with fat around my belly like a donut and one love handle on my right side. At first when I went to go see him he would say it’s my hips according to him my hips were crooked but then the last time I seen him it’s apparent that he messed up and went higher on the insicion on my right side so that’s why he didn’t lipo my flank correctly. He admitted that he doesn’t do this type of work often????? That’s a shame. I paid for two flank removals and I only got one flank removal. I got work done at Beverly Hills Physicians in Beverly Hills by Dr. Tsai and he has a private practice in West Hollywood I think. His private practice id doing everything they can to remove my reviews on this dr. Please go to an experienced dr before waiting your money like I did. My sister in law paid about half the price I did and she got implants and a tummy tuck on top of bbl and lipo. This is an embarrassment for me. Now I have to pay again to get this fixed because he didn’t do it right the first time. Of course I’m going to a more experienced fr who knows what he is doing. Dr. Tsai doing know another lipo or bbl he may be good at implants or whatever but it takes a real experienced surgeon to get lipo and bbl done right. He’s not the guy for you if you’re looking for a curvaceous body.
