I'm 24 years old and I'm a 36F. I have had large breasts since middle school. I started developing in 4th grade, by 8th grade I was a D cup. At graduation I was up to a DDD and about a year later was up to an F and have been there for the last 4 years. My back hurts so bad, and I am so self conscious about my breasts! I met with my plastic surgeon at the end of September and I just found out I was approved by insurance! YAY!!! Surgery is scheduled for December 3rd! I'm super excited but also now super nervous!

Congratulations, you are about to feel a whole lot better.   What size are you hoping to achieve?

October 21, 2015
I sure hope so! I am hoping to be a full C. My PS said insurance requires 600 from each side so I may be on the smaller side of a C. I wouldn't care if I had to be an A as long as it helps alleviate this pain!

'NOTHING wrong w your asymmetric breasts. All breasts are like that.

Did your insurance covered all the amount? What kind of insurance u have? Can u breastfeed??
December 6, 2015
I'm not sure about he breastfeeding, my ps said there is a chance I still can, but it's not a guarantee. And yes insurance is going to pay for it. I already hit my deductible for the year since I had my son in January. I have blue cross blue shield insurance.

I'm not sure if you're wanting to go to a C I would get a C cup sports bra but they will be swollen afterwards so you might want to go bigger. I have my surgery 12/28 but I've been reading up on these also I heard the zipper ones in front are the best, they have them at Walmart :)

That's a tough question because you just don't know but I tried on a few just to see how it fits and made sure it was comfortable, not too tight. I'm three months out and I'm still wearing a 2 xl in sports bras, these bras are by playtex. I hope this was helpful!

Been out of surgery for a few hours now and not feeling as bad as I thought I would! Although they are giving me pretty good pain medication. Surgery took about 3 hours. Nurse said I'm not draining too much, either! I have been having a hard time breathing so I haven't gotten a a real good nap. Overall I'm still happy with my decision to have this done!
