So I have been struggling for 10 years to get my stomach back to a flatter side. But when your muscle in the abdomen resist, what do you do but get frustrated. The boobs have long been gone and saggy with all my fitness classes. It's me time. I teach 11 high cardio fitness classes a week, that stomach has not moved, and I am a very clean healthy eater.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU POST- Post-op pics!! I am researching a now narrowing down whom I want to do my mommy makeover. I am thinking I am going to go with Dr. Fisher in Miami Fl. (Vanity Plastic Surg Center). I am 41, 2 kids and weight 145. Height 5'5. My breast look exactly like yours in this photo ta you posted. I certainly need a lift and have had other DR. in a local consultation tell me that I have good volume so a lift is all I need. I sure don't want to be any bigger than the very full C/Small D that I currently am. Scared. Thinking I should do a reduction down to a small C so I can feel more confident in getting the desired perky shape I am trying to achieve.

I will for sure post PO pictures and keep you updated. I was a D until I nursed my twins for a year. Then I added teaching my fitness classes and now I'm filling out a B cup without padding. I'm 5'8 158lb.

2 weeks till go time
My job is high intense and stressful. Telling my boss and co workers a couple weeks ago that I'm taking the summer off for medical reasons was easy. No one asked why or what I was doing. It was more a "good luck, visit us, we'll see you in August if not, call if you need anything" Ahhh, such a relief to have supportive, but nice people to work with. I got my fitness classes covered and with my regular work hours I have been training my replacement already.
I believe I am ready at home for my staycation. My kids (12,9&9) don't know anything yet. Except that I already told them I am staying home for the summer. I'll tell them afterwards that I had some stomach muscle repair done and hopefully it won't need to go further. During the weekend of my surgery my kids will be staying at my sisters. Thinking they are having a Aunt weekend with cousins. They see how physically hard I work and workout, so that should be easy. Fix something if it's broken, right?
I have several friends where I work that are in the medical field. EMT, caregivers, nurses, pre-med. My work is their 2nd job. They have all volunteered to come check in on me and keep me from going gauze crazy. I use a lot of gauze at my work. What can I say? That stuff is multi purpose. It's just nice to know someone cares and they can play "Dr" to me when I play 2nd mother to most of them at work.
Patiently waiting for my "TTT Day" to come. That's what my husband and I call it. Tummy Tuck and [RS bleep].
Hope all is well wih everyone on their journeys to the flat side!

6 days to go, picked up my small pharmacy.
Friday is the day, 6 more days to go!!!! Am I excited or nervous? Both actually. I have wanted this for so long. Today the pharmacy called and had all my prescriptions ready to be picked up. Ohhh boy, not expecting all of that. It's a great thing my medical insurance pays for all prescriptions. I have a high pain tolerance and really thinking that I'll end up not using much after the first week. I do not care for a common side effects of "may cause deadly breathing problems" it's a very good thing I have trained my entire family in CPR. That patch is scaring me, "Fentanyl".Last Sunday (Mothers day) I was gardening and now have a lovely dose of Poison Ivy, ahh fun, i get angry roid rage from taking steroids. But my PS said I can take them until 5 days before. I have my last dose today. But thank heaven it was onlyon my legs.
Today I have also been packing my bag for after surgery care to stay at my parents. They have a very nice guest bed with a head and foot that inclines. My 3 RN friends will have less traveling staying with my parents. Child care will also be easier, since my 3 kids are staying there too. I've been told I need to be at a 45• angle on my top for 3 weeks, and can not extend my legs straight for 2 weeks. My 2 new pillow wedges I bought will be prefect for sticking under my sides to help me from rolling over. I am a BIG side sleeper to back.
