I had my 3 week check up with my doctor today. He said I'm looking fantastic and I'm healing great. I still have some swelling in my lower abdomen and my breast still have some settling to do. I'm feeling good though and I cannot wait for this week to be over so I can return to the gym! I got a "spanx" type thing today to wear instead of my binder. That thing drove me nuts, my doctor said as long as it's nice and tight I was allowed to wear it. It's been working out great for me :)

What a weekend! With July 4th Sat AND my husbands birthday (he's a July 4th baby) we had a very big weekend. We went out to the beach and got a hotel. Lots of walking and sun, I was miserable by the end of the night. I was exhausted, sweaty all day- it is NO fun watching everyone in the pool when you can't get in- and swollen...boy was I swollen Sun when we came home and I was so so sore. I did WAY too much and I totally regret it. Luckily I slept great last night and I'm feeling much better. I've done alot of relaxing today and hoping the swelling goes back down. I will post pictures soon!!

You look great!!! I had my BL Tuesday and I am feeling much better than I had expected;-) I have noticed that my breasts are very firm, are yours too?

Thank you! That's great I'm glad your feeling better than expected, that's how it was for me also. My breast are a little firm, I'm 13 days post so they have soften up a little more. Give it a little more time. If you have any worry contact you PS I'm sure they would have no prob reassuring you that it's normal :)

I would think you haven't seen him since I believe he's still on vacation. I see him next Tues. I'm not sure about the breast because mine obviously will have some firmness, but, I also got a TT and my stomach is very firm. Could be just from swelling.
