I've always been in great shape growing up, I never even weighed myself as a student because I never needed to worry about it. I ate what I wanted when I wanted. After I got pregnant in 2010 I lost all control of my eating habits and gained around 60lbs. After I gave birth I continued to eat badly. Finally in 2013 I decided to make a huge change and joined the gym with my bestfriend. We worked together to lose as much body fat and weight as we could. I'm now at 60lbs lost and a lot of extra skin. I decided to do the TT and BL & BA to tighten everything back up and feel better about myself.

Update!

Today I am 3 days post-op. I feel much better today then I did yesterday. I had to ask my doctor to give me stronger pain meds which wasn't a problem at all. I also got to take a shower today, which was very nice and refreshing. I'm happy with my results and can't wait for more recovery and really start seeing my results.

Glad to hear you are recovering from your surgery. It must have felt great to shower! Good luck and happy healing. Please update when you feel up to it.

Thank you so much! It felt amazing to shower although the hunch in over is really killing my back. I got a little chair massager for my recliner that works wonders when my back starts hurting- every woman getting this type of surgery should definitely invest in one. I'll will continue to update :)

Congrats on your surgeries, you look great! I'm having a BL with Dr. Fakhre next week and I'm starting to get nervous

That's awesome congrats on your soon to be surgery! Dr Fakhre is fantastic! I wasn't very nervous until I was actually at the surgery center getting prepped and then when Dr Fakhre came in to see me and mark me all up he made me feel so good, and excited. Hang in there, it's going to be worth it.

A friend of mine let me use her and I no longer have it. It's just one of those in chair massagers. You can get them at a drug store like Walgreens etc. Nothing fancy, I plugged it in and turned it on. Only 1 setting but worked great getting out the knots.

Doing and feeling great! Sleeping great at night as well with the help of my pain meds and muscle relaxers. Binder is a pain, likes to dig in (ugh!), standing and walking too long really strains my lower back, I always need to sit to relieve it. Overall though I'm doing and feeling great :)

Everyday is easier now. Noticed such a change overnight too. I am jealous on the sleep. I wake up in the middle of the night feeling like there is a weight on my chest. Are you sleeping sitting up. How is your ba

Yes I agree, everyday is getting better. Yeah I'm sleeping in a recliner. When I wake up I'm so stiff and sore feeling but somehow I sleep thru it. My BA is doing really well, I didn't really have alot of pain with it since my TT was the bigger issue. I do get sore with my BA when they get really swollen. Last night I put bags of frozen corn on them lol, that helped alot.
