Four months since first treatment

It's been four months since my first treatment. I have had twelve in total: five on my outta thighs, four on my banana roll, one on my inner thigh, one on the front of my thighs and one on my lower tummy. Since January I have been focusing on my health. I work out 5-6 times a week and eat very clean and all this has seen me drop 13 kgs or 28pounds. It has been about three weeks since I had my last treatment so the full results won't be seen for a number of weeks. I have had a treatment on one of the areas every fortnight so I can't wait to see the full result but I can see an overall improvement from what I have done so far

Third area: first treatment

So, today I had my lower tummy done. I knew that each area brings with it, similarities and differences in how the machine feels.

There was definitely the normal suction feeling but this time it was much stronger and felt deeper. I have quite a sway back and due to the pressure and weight of the machine this created a pressure in my lower back. No liken this to when you are in labour and the child's head is against the spine. Quite uncomfortable however once I had a towel in the small of my back this disappeared.
The rest of the session felt fine and I actually had a small nap throughout- it's been a long week.
When it was all over and the applicator was removed it literally felt like jelly coming out of a mold looks. No pain yet and no bruising but I will keep an eye on it as the tummy is meant to be quite a tender part.

I'll keep you updated!

Sorry for the done/down confusion in the last post.
