My 13 year old saline implants had bottomed out...

My 13 year old saline implants had bottomed out and were basically under my armpits. Dr Nir did an excellent job evaluating and advising me on which implant to use, which technique to apply given my situation, and the CC volume for best results with a natural appearance. He did a superb job and I am happy I chose Dr. Nir after many other consultations. AW

Dr. Nir has a soothing demeanor. He takes his time and listens to patient concerns and prompts appropriate questions such as desired outcome. Dr. Nir carefully tailored his questions specifically to my individual desire for my expected outcome . Dr. Nir is skilled in using the latest techniques and materials which improved my outcome. My breasts look better than I had even hoped. I have personally been in the medical industry for years. I had the advantage, when I chose my surgeon, of my own fund of clinical knowledge as well as the personal endorsement of area physicians who see his work regularly. I hope this helps. The only negative I can report, which has nothing to do with Dr. Nir, but warrants mention is that I suffered an allergic reaction to the antibiotic cephalexin regularly used as prophylaxis against infection. It caused me to have tremendous joint pain which I eventually wound up in the E.R. to control the pain it caused in all of my joints. Once I switched my antibiotic the joint pain immediately stopped. I mention this should anyone else wind up with this same allergic reaction following breast aug. surgery. AW
