I am a mother of 2 girls, I am 26 years old and my breasts are currently a 36DD. So I had implants 5 years ago, only less than 200cc each breast. At that time I just thought the implants were going to give me a better look to my breasts, little did I know that I was going to end up with big breasts that did not go with my body. I actually like small breasts but implants were a cheaper solution to my wish boobs. Now I want them out and I want a breast reduction. I was a 34C with lots of breast tissue before my implants. I am really hoping to be a small B cup now but we all know that it depends how I have everything structured since the doctor has to make sure the blood supply stays intact. I have not scheduled my surgery yet and I am anxious to get this done. I am a neevous person and the thoughts of being under general anesthesia makes me really nervous !!! I chose this doctor not only because he is one of the bests ones here but because he operates in a hospital where I have my way to choose a close friend of mine to give me the anesthesia so I feel a little safer this way. I am also getting an areola reduction as they stretched over the years and the breast lift comes with the reduction so that is great! I have been reading and researching a lot and I have yet to find someone doing the same procedure as me. If any of you have any recommendations or experience with my procedure please let me know! I am excited, nervous and anxious! I know the day of the surgery I will be really anxious but I have advised the doctor about this and it shouldn't be a problem since I will probably get an anti anxiety medication before surgery. I am also a smoker and I should quit at least 2 weeks before surgery, that is a tough one but I want my scars to heal properly and nicely.

I had the surgery today, it took 6 hours, as this doctor takes his time. I woke up with zero pain and i took 2 pain meds just now since I will be going to sleep soon. I have not been able to see my breasts but the seem smaller already, i hope they are more on the smaller side how I wanted them and not bigger. I am uploading some before pics

I am so happy so far, my breasts look small and have a great shape. I know this is not the final result as they will change with time but I am loving them so far. I have not had any pain but I have been taking pain meds every 4 hours. I have had very little burning sensation in the incision but goes away pretty quickly and is not something I would consider bad. I am itchy in several places around my breasts but I think is due to the liquid thing they use to disinfect the areas. To review again, I had implants removed plus breast reduction as I hope to be a B cup.

Congrats on your surgery! My story is similar. I got implants (400cc) many years ago hoping they would improve my shape when I really should've just gotten a breast lift. I thought about having them completely removed but I wasn't sure if I'd would have enough breast tissue. So instead I downsized and had a lift. I may have them removed in the future, since I actually ended up a little larger than I thought it was going to be. Good luck and happy healing!

Hi ! I will head over to your profile and read your reviews. I got to see my breasts yesterday and so far I am loving the new shape and size. For me it was easy to decide because I knew I had more than enough breast tissue.
