Thanks for the additional pics :). You hardly bruised at all!! Did you take any if the supplements like arnica or bromeline prior to surgery and during recovery?? Some people look like they've been beat up really bad. I guess it just varies by the person. I hope to have minimal bruising and swelling by the time I have to come back to work!! Your results are fabulous!!! Oh and I love the puppy profile pic :). French Bulldog?? So cute!! I'll keep everyone on here posted as have my surgery and recovery :). It's very helpful to see others, so I know that I should expect anything from minimal bruising to the other extreme, like I've been beat up!! Thanks for posting!! You look great!!

I was very lucky with my bruising ! The worst was the day after surgery at night ! I did arnica tablets the week of surgery . I also slept in a recliner the day of surgery and the next 2 nights to reduce my swelling. I did ice on and off as much as I possibly could the first day and the 2nd day. Also the only stitches I had were for the upper Bleph. The lower only had an internal incision when he pulled the lid down so there were no external stitches on my lower lids at all. I have seen some horrible bruising in others pictures and I would have been horrified if I was that way lol. I honestly had to leave the house on the 5th day because my daughter sprained her ankle. I absolutely did not feel comfortable leaving yet but had to so I put on a fake pair of glasses to hide the bruises ! Just an idea if you need to haha. And thank you for saying I look great ! What a fantastic recovery, with minimal bruising. I believe I am to expect the horrific bruising as I'm having a lower surface incision (loose skin) with fat repositioning in the tear trough - that's when the really ugly bruising occurs! Your photo wearing the royal blue is stunning - wear that colour a LOT!!!! You look great. Thanks for the photos

Wow you are so pretty!! Your results are great!! Very subtle, which is exactly what I'm hoping for!! Was the recovery bad?? Lots of bruising and swelling?? I only have 10 days that I can be off work. How long before you were able to go out in public??
