I'm Me Again!

ORIGINAL POST

I finally had these bags of water taken out of me!...

I finally had these bags of water taken out of me! So thankful it's only been 6 hours after my surgery and I'm feeling great, way better than what I was feeling waking up Day by day with those bags of water inside me... I have been thinking of having them removed since about 6 months after getting them but thankfully I didn't have to fly to Florida for surgery because I found a great surgeon just an hour away from me. As I'm writing this I just can't get over the fact that I'm me again, small but I feel GREAT! Just a little pain but like I said earlier, those girls were hurting me more than the mild discomfort I'm in now. Any wait to heal completely and love my lil pancakes each and every day more and more

Hello,
Glad to hear your surgeon went well!
How long were your implants in?
June 16, 2017
Hi , I had them in for 1 year and 10 months to be exact
June 16, 2017
Glad you are doing well..
Do you think they look like they did before implants?
My appt is 6/23 to discuss explant. I got my implants on 6/2/17. I cannot wait to get them removed and get back to myself!
Why did u have yours removed? You may have said in your post..

Hey love so I can tell right off the bat they are not the sad looking boobs I had before I opted to get the implants, their WAYYYY more nicer! I am very happy b cause I feel like my surgeon went above and beyond when he removed them. My nipple was very enlarged and he somehow made it to look smaller and better I'm very happy! I was going through pains and aches with the implants my right side had no side boob meaning there was something in the way not permitting the implant to sit where itneeded to be. I looked at myself and the discombobulated boobs I had and it was just taking a toll on me
June 19, 2017
I was not feeling sexy nor attractive instead I would feel and see the bag of water just discombobulate in front of my eyes and it was painful... that did it for me

24 hours post op

So today was a good day I'm feeling so much better thank god! My Dr. prescribed me Tylenol and codeine to take every 4 hours. Yesterday I had maybe 3 and none today, until NOW because the pain is kicking in and I am not gonna wait to see how bad it gets. I feel lighter, I can breathe better while lying on my back, I tried sleeping on my left side but my left pancake was not having it caused me pain. As crazy as it sounds I feel more secure about myself than when I had the implants. I'm on a path to loving my body just the way it is, i tried it but it wasn't for me...

Fantastic news.

I know exactly how you feel when you say that you feel more confident now after you have taken out your implants than before! I felt exactly the same way... i wanted to take mine out a month after I had just put them in.. i did not like them, and they were causing me discomfort
June 16, 2017
Same here... I'm so happy that I no longer have to deal with that pain and discomfort. I'm feeling more secure of with each passing day and I'm in love with my new pancakes

Looking great!

Thanks love ❤️ I can't wait to see when they start to fluff up hopefully they will
June 8, 2017
Only positive thoughts so, they will!! My doctor did mention waiting about 4 months before even considering a lift, because of the changes!!

Excellent result youn must be delighted. Make sure you take it easy. I felt so good in early days I started doing too much and think that's why I now have seroma in one breast that keeps needing drainage. Wear your compression bra and really restrict your movement. Good luck
June 8, 2017
Thank you so much for the advice and yes it does feel great going back to feeling myself ! I've actually been feeling so good that I've forgotten to take it easy, first day of surgery I was in bed all day and second day which was yesterday I was cleaning the house, will take it easier though to avoid any complications, thank you again and I hope that all resolves and goes well for you! Good luck and take care.

Great to here. Think my swelling is going down. But really no vacuuming or excessive arm movements event though you feel fine. Your result looks great.
June 9, 2017
Thank you ; ) and I'm happy to hear the swelling is lessening! I hope it all clears up for you, and thank you for the advice I am trying to be more mindful when doing things around the house!
June 9, 2017
I'll be honest with you it is hard to stay still but I am trying to be more careful I had some pain today maybe due to doing a little too much...
June 9, 2017
Thank you

Thank you

Your fotos remind of mine when I just had them taken out , its been 3 weeks now since I took them out. Daily massages will really help, I am doing mine 2 times a day and I can see the difference my breast have started to fill out more, your´s will too!
June 10, 2017
Thank you! When did you start to massage them? I was told but my surgeon not to touch them until I go to my post op which is on Tuesday..
June 10, 2017
I was told by my suregeon when i went to see him 10 days post op to start massage my breasts with coconut oil. I use organic coconut oil, castor oil and a scar cream every day 2 times a day and my breasts have started to fill out. I am taking multivitamins and i have started to eat healthy in the hope that that will hope.it will take time , but i am determined ! And i difinately do not want implants again.
June 16, 2017
I will start the massages today, they have been fluffing up but the massages will help I'm sure, and I am totally with you in that, no more implants for me either
June 16, 2017
Isn! that true? No implants!! Messages? I'll try that too. Thanks for the info
June 19, 2017
Massage those girls they will plump up! Lol I hope you ladies are all feeling great after your removal! My lil pancakes are looking better than ever! I'll post pics soon : )
June 20, 2017
yeah, they will start to plump up. Use coconut oil ( organic) and castor oil ( organic), is good for massaging too, apparently, it helps to make the scar tissue underneath the skin softer, so im using that too!!
June 20, 2017
Thanks again for that info. I still have drains but I have started massaging some. Hopefully Wednesday they will be out. I don't know what fluid level my PS wants before he takes the drains out. I only have 20cc output in each in a 24hr period. So happy for you!!
June 20, 2017
hope it hoes well!
June 20, 2017
sorry!! correction, spelling mistake.
June 20, 2017
I meant to say, hope it goes well. I was typing too quickly!
