All my life until I had kids I was in good shape..having kids can take a toll on ur body and change it completely. I was very scared to do a tummy tuck because of fear, that I would be in so mucb pain and in the end I was scared for no reason. I did not experience any pain. I did not even have to take my pain medsnone single day..it was breeze this surgery. I'm happy I did it and I can't wait for more surgeries!

Mine is still like that at times and it still hurts to laugh, sneeze or cough. I try to avoid those things at all cost.

I'm right at 8 weeks post. I believe it is from the muscle tightening. It isn't unbearable.

I still have swelling too right under my belly button just like you. The binder does help with that. I still have numb areas in my back where I had the lipo.

Man that lipo hurt me more that the tummy tuck...I only wear spanx now...really tight body spanx

I really want to give up the binder. My PS wants me to continue wearing it but it bunches up after wearing it for so long. Very uncomfortable. Do u wear the spans all day? Even at night? And which one do you have?
