1 month post op/ Fat Graft Details

Just thought I'd drop in since it is 1 month post since surgery. I must say I am incredibly happy about the explant and fat graft. All of my brusing is completely gone from fat taken feom abs, flanks, and thighs (it may be cause of adamant arnica rub 3-4x a day and compression garment). My scars have healed pretty nicely as well. As for my breasts hey have changed almost everyday. Unfortunately I have a ton of stretchmarks due to the excessive size and prolonged breastfeeding. Im hoping some of the creams Im using will help minimize and tighten the skin. (Im now a little shy in regards to photos, but if you would like to see progress I can pm you).
Fat graft details: when I went for my 2 week followup I got the details on what was taken out and what was grafted.
600CC taken from abs, flanks
250cc each thigh (500cc) total
Only 325cc of available (clean) fat was grafted to the breasts. 175 cc and 150cc respectively.
Even though I may not have perfectly shaped breasts or full you g breasts, Overall I am happy to be all me! As for the areas where fat was taken, 1 month out I still have some tight knot areas mainly in the ab, flanks. Sometimes there is some nerve tinge in legs but once in a while. Stomach has that cottage cheese look, but Im guessing thats to be expected til Im fully healed.

Breasts 1 week Post

Hoping to see some fluffing soon! Still swelling & bruised all over from the fat grafting.

1 week post-surgery

Just a few updates from the week-
Post surgery days 1-2 - had a hard time urinating controlling bladder. Probably from the numbness in the abdomen areas after the lipo. Didn't have a bowel movement (sorry tmi) until 3rd day. Dr. Instructed to have one by the next day:(. Lots of burning sensation and pinching in the abdomen. Compression garment has been stifling, giving me lots of heat rashes. :( Been switching on and off between garment and abdominal binder.
By 3rd day -was able to control bladder and empty. Drinking tons of water and eating regularly. Adding alot of vitamin C foods to help promote healing.
5th day post- still have burning sensation in the lipo areas. (Feels like a outside in sunburn:().
6/7 day-buring sensation has subsided. Mainly numbness in lipo areas. Some burning when getting up from bed.
BREASTS- are soft. Still waiting for them to shrink up and soften. Right breast is a little harder then the left. BUT ALL MINE:). Have been wearing a bra since day 3 post-op. Mainly soft sports bras.
Tip: keep legs elevated and back elevated to help circulation.
Posting pic of things Im taking to help promote healing quicker.

Dr. Kendall Roehl, is amazing! When I first met her, She was a genuinely kind and caring doctor. She listened to what I wanted, and didn't suggest unnecessary procedures. She was the first doctor that made me feel like Explanting itself wasn't the end of the line. Not only is she and her staff Audrey, & Joanna very sweet, but they took their time to help you thru the process. Basically all the questions I came in with were already answered before I could ask them. Wonderful doctor and staff! I knew she would be the doctor for me right after my consult!
