Recovery has been really easy for me, I wasn't expecting that. I resumed normal duties by the end of the first week, lifting some stuff that's needed at work and was good to hold my kids (2 &1 yr old) by the 4th day. I didn't push my limits though. I tried to vacuum the other day, that one I can't do yet.. Lol I guess it's the movement, I'm not sure but it did hurt the muscle. My right has dropped, my left is angry and stubborn haha. I still have bruising . My doctor has me starting to massage them and put scar cream on them. I will post updates pictures tomorrow.

So the pain is minimal but I have this persistent pain on the top of my left breast towards the cleavage area and it's unbearable when the strap is on, when I release the strap it goes away which is frustrating, luckily I see my dr on Wednesday and I will ask him then. The bruising on top was going away but over night came back even worse :( work went okay last night but tonight I will be going back at it in full swing with help of course ( I'm a bar manager so I have to help the bar when they get slammed) luckily nothing is over 3lbs really. Otherwise he girls are looking good :)

Congratulations! Can't wait to see them progress and dnf. How are you finding recovery with such young kids?

So far it's been pretty easy, my husband has been helping a lot. My 2 year old always ask "mommy you feeling better?" And since its been easier for me to sleep on the couch she's been camping out with me on the couch it's really cute :) and my one year old wants me to hold her so I just sit on the ground and let her crawl on me, that seems to make her happy

Fourth day post op
I've stopped taking the pain killers completely, switched to Tylenol. Pain isn't that bad just a lot of tightness. Finally took a shower which was weird, I kept feeling like I would hurt them somehow lol but it was fine. I'm still extremely tired but alas I have to return tonight to do inventory and manger stuff so that will be interesting.. Let's see if I can stay awake! I keep getting really intense headaches that do r go away for anything but my surgeon said that's very normal day 3&4. The bruising on the top has pretty much gone away thanks in large part to the arnica Montana. And the torpedo affect is still in full force! Haha

Good luck back at work! I'm at Post OP Day 8 today - I know what you mean about the tightness....Yeah - the shower is great huh! I hope you don't over do it and that all is well. Congrats sweetie!
