5months post Fat Transfer Infection

Still dealing with scar tissue and hard lumps in breasts..left is worse...the right is pretty good just a few spots..left has a bigger hard chunk right behind nipple area. Fyi.. the staph infection ate away most of the fat transfer...: (

Wow! That is a huge difference in yr breasts after fat transfer!! I don't know anything about this procedure, but it sure seems like a better alternative to put a natural fat into the breast...
I'm not sure how much fat will stay..I'm hoping for a C or Large B
How is it going? I am still amazed at the difference after the fat transfer! I expect to be completely flat after explant and wonder if fat transfer works and is a good option for me. I would love if I could just be happy with nothing, we shall see.
Curious how the lipo felt? I thought about the fat transfer but scared of the lipo. Please keep us informed.
I'm was very sore first 3 days...hurts going from sitting to standing position. Today is day 4 post transfer and I can move pretty good without alot of pain

Going to Dr. Kovanda this Monday for fat transfer to breasts...

He will liposuction my stomach, flanks, upper back by bra area..and sides of breasts...
I think you will be very happy with the fat transfer. I do not believe I would have any upper pole if not for that. I remember my breasts prior to my BA basically being completely flat on top and that was one of my fears coming out of the explant. I am a firm believer that I would look much different without that fat! Good luck to you on Monday and I look forward to seeing your results!
Will the transfer eventually help with the indent below the nipple?
