WORTH IT
Dr Rolfes and his staff are wonderful! He is warm, personable, and very skilled. He trained with Dr Spiegel in Boston some years ago, and now has his own practice near Minneapolis: Omni Facial Plastic Surgery. I'm transgender (M to F) and elected to have number of procedures under the umbrella of "facial feminization surgery". This include forehead recontouring, rhinoplasty, lower lid lift, cheek implants, jaw bone contouring, face lift, and laser fraxel, along with breast augmentation. These were all done together in two consecutive days. I am quite pleased with the results - my appearance is now much more feminine and natural. I am 59 and think I now compare favorably against other women my age.

I'm sorry, but I don't know the cost. This was covered under my insurance. Once I paid $5000 USD total, I met my "out of pocket maximum" for the year. No other charges were passed on to me. Detailed bills or invoices were not even sent to me.
Didn’t you have liplift and chin implant?
I did have a lip lift. No chin implant.
I think you look lovely and much better than a lot of women your age. Go with it.
