Rhinoplasty - Wayne, NJ

My experience with Dr. Ganchi was beyond amazing! His staff was just so perfect and did everything they could to help me feel comfortable moving forward with my surgery. When I first started to consider rhinoplasty , I was very nervous just as most people are prior to surgery. I watched Rhinoplasty procedures on YouTube and looked up information on Google, which BY THE WAY DON'T DO THAT, because it’s honestly not like that at all, I PROMISE! I had many other consults prior to meeting Dr. G but none of them felt right until I met with Dr. Ganchi in his office on December 6th. I immediately felt at home and as if we were all family. Everyone was so welcoming and just made me feel so comfortable. When I left his office I knew I would be in amazing hands; he is so gentle and SO SO honest. I spoke about my consultation until the day of my surgery because I just fell in love with everything. So finally the day came when I had to book my appointment. As soon as I called the office and asked his staff when I could schedule, everyone was just as excited as I was, which made me feel like I'm not alone in this and Dr. Ganchi and his staff would be my support team, which is a HUGE +! A couple of weeks passed by and it was time for my pre-opt appointment. I was so excited and could not wait to see everyone! When I tell you they made me feel so at home, it’s unbelievable. The day was getting closer and closer and I just could not wait! I have wanted my nose done since I was a little girl. I started to have weird dreams about it, but that’s normal because it was constantly on my mind. The day I have been dreaming of all my life finally came, my surgery. When I walked into that office I knew my life was going to change in a couple of hours for the better. In just a matter of time they took me into the back room and prepared me for surgery. In a blink of an eye it was go time I was put to sleep on the MOST COMFORTABLE operating table I was ever on and closed my eyes. Before I knew it I was waking up ready to go home! I had A LOT of tip and bridge work done. My nurse was AMAZING! I was still a little drowsy from the anesthesia, but that was OK! The same night after my surgery I went home and as I was relaxing on the couch I realized I was able to breath, smell, and talk much better! I went to bed early that night because I was tired from the anesthesia and the procedure. When I woke up that next morning I immediately went up to a mirror and just stared at myself for hours, taking thousands of pictures. I knew at that very moment I was forever going to be OBSESSED with my new nose as I admired the instant results! As the days passed by I BARLEY had any bruising and ZERO pain that I did not even have to take painkillers. I know, I know it seems hard to believe but BELIEVE me; I BARLEY had any bruising or pain! A week and a half later, it was time for my splint to come off. This was the moment everyone was waiting for! I went to Dr. G's office and was so ready to remove the split off my nose and finally see it bare! When it came off and I looked into the mirror, I FELL IN LOVE! I was OBSESSED! It was everything I ever wanted and more. For the first time in 20 years I finally felt so beautiful in my own skin! I wont lie I SHOW MY NOSE OFF to everybody and anybody and love it! When people ask me how I feel, I tell them that this was the best thing that ever happened to me. It was by far the BEST decision I ever made (it really was)! It has now been 8 weeks since my surgery and I am a photo-taking freak! I have some swelling still but that's totally normal. I was told I could have swelling up to a year, but most of the swelling has gone down now and you can’t even tell if I didn't point it out to you. Random people see my pictures that I post on Facebook and the compliments are endless! Dr. Ganchi is honestly one amazing Doctor and I can’t put into words how thankful I truly am and how lucky I feel to have found such an amazing Doctor. Any future surgeries I want to pursue, you can bet I will be going right back to Dr. G! My overall experience was UN-describable. Once again, I loved everything about this experience and if I could do it all again, I would not change one thing! Because of Dr. Ganchi, my whole life has changed and I finally feel so beautiful. If you are really considering Rhinoplasty, Dr. Ganchi is the way to go. He changed my life, he can change yours too!
