I am so happy with my decision! Everything is falling into place, they're softening, and I am super happy with the size. I can't imagine being any larger or smaller. I tried on a couple bras but haven't bought anything yet because when I did it was before I got clearance to wear them. Now Dr. Ganchi wants me to get a bra with underwire to try to keep everything in its rightful place. I went to Victorias Secret and felt most comfortable in a 34D. Im still not entirely sure if thats the appropriate size for me since they were still a little high and VS runs a bit small. Going to hopefully buy a bra or two this week and Ill see where I stand then. Although I haven't updated recently I have been documenting my breasts as they heal. Hope these pictures are helpful!

1 week post op
Hello ladies! I am one week post op and I feel great! Honestly this recovery has gone a lot better than I anticipated. The last Percocet I took was before bed late Sunday night and haven't felt much pain since. When I went in for my first post op appointment on Tuesday Dr Ganchi told me I could start lifting my arms higher in front of me and doing that feels pretty good. He also gave me a band to wear 24/7 which caused some burning at first but Ive gotten used to it. I take a break from it for about 15 minutes at the end of the day just because I feel extra tight. My boyfriend and I take this time to stare at them, poke them and squeeze them in anticipation that they'll feel different from the day before. Im still super numb on my nipples and the underside but I think Im starting to get a little bit of the feeling back. My right breast is definitely less swollen then my left, but I don't feel a difference in pain. I do feel a weird spot next to my incision that Im just assuming is just air pockets or sutures? Maybe even the implant? I don't really know how to explain it other than it kind of feels like plastic dimpling when I touch it. Im just going to wait it out and see if the feeling changes as everything drops into place before worrying. Lots of changes happening and Im sure it'll pass as everything moves around! Im really looking forward to getting to the massaging and seeing them transform.

Hi! How are you feeling? I'm looking forward to your updates! I am having a breast aug with Dr Ganchi as well!
I feel great. I was very fortunate to have almost three weeks off work which I think really helped my healing along. I never experienced severe pain, I stopped taking Percs two days after surgery and haven't needed anything since. No morning boob, nothing! Im going in for my 6 week PO tomorrow to get massaging instructions. Boobs are getting nice a squishy and already fairly real feeling!
That's great to hear! I'm so anxious. Im so glad to be able to see his work! You look great in the last pic. I'm leaning toward the mod plus as well. How was the anesthesia being that it's "twilight"? No bras during recovery either, right? Well, thanks for responding to me! I feel calmer already, lol. I'm glad your feeling well!
Oh, and did u wind up taking any vitamins or supplements to help you heal? Love that you posted your questions to ask! Ha. And scarring? Thanks again, it's so great you had the same surgeon!

Yesterday was the day!
Yesterday was the day! I went in to Dr. Ganchis at 1:30 yesterday and at about 3 PM I finally went in for my surgery. So far I am very excited about my results and can't wait to see how they drop. Over the last week or so my excitement dwindled and I became more anxious. Ive had surgery before so I wasn't really worried about going under or the procedure itself. I think it was the anticipation and worrying that I had made a the wrong decision and chose something too large. I never showed him a picture of what I wanted to look like, just the range I had decided on and I left the rest in his hands. And I am so happy I did! I liked the way 420 looked on the simulator so he accommodated for a little bit of loss and went for 457, Mod Plus! I'm on the wider side with a bwd of about 14 so high profile wouldn't have been wide enough unless I went larger. I feel like once they settle into place and their swelling goes away, they will be exactly what I wanted.
My mom came into town to help me with recovery, and my sister is in town for work as well. So between them and my boyfriend I have plenty of help, which I am so thankful for. So far I feel pretty great though. Ive been keeping up on Percocet every 4 hours because I don't want to miss judge my pain and have it get worse. I'd say my pain level is at about a 4, maybe? They don't hurt all that bad, but are a little numb on the undersides and nipples. Most of all they just feel tight, kind of like an overfilled soccer ball or something. I have yet to bruise too! He wants me to go braless for about 4 weeks but when I go to my post op on Tuesday he will be giving me a band. He feels that wearing a bra just holds them in place too much and the whole purpose is to let them settle into place. Makes sense to me! Let me know if you have any more questions about my experience thus far, Id be happy to help!

You look really good and I look forward to follow your recovery since we are very similar and I'm considering around the same size.
Good luck xx

Thank you! Do you know what your breast width is? I saw you were looking at 375. I would consider going up a bit if you're comfortable with that because chances are they'll look a lot smaller once in. I felt most comfortable with 371 with sizers but realizing its only tablespoons of a difference and I know there would be a loss in volume once under the muscle. When I decided on 421 I felt like it sounded like they'd be massive and going up to 457 sounded like an insane amount but I just had to keep reminding myself of those factors and that I loved other girls with similar sizes and stats. Food for thought!
Sadly I don't know my BWD. I have tried measure myself and get it to 13-13.5 cm. I'm deff doing bigger than the 375 now for the exact same reasons as you list and are now looking at 420-450. But also I very much believe I need at least 50 cc in differens to compensate for my unevenness (check out my beautiful bending over pic) and with the anatomicals I don't know how to combine it, and I also don't know my absolut biggest option, which I'm starting te lean more and more towards. Gaah! To many big question marks and big destination to wait with until 2 weeks op. It stresses me out! (organisation and control freek haha)
I'm so glad to see you got 457! I just went for my consult yesterday and I really liked how 375cc looked so the doctor said he would have 375-450 in the op room just in case and I was nervous that would be way to big but now that I see yours I'm feeling better about it :) also, did you get anatomicals? You may have said and I missed it. Can't wait to see how yours settle! You already look awesome :)
So far I am incredibly happy with the size. I think once they drop and fluff they will be exactly what I wanted. Originally I thought I only wanted 350 maaaybe 400 max but I tried on 420 and liked those as well. So the difference between those three sizes is only a few teaspoons. And the difference between 350 and 450 is a couple tablespoons. I was very nervous that they were going to be too big but I decided to trust Dr Ganchi's expertise. And I am so happy I did! My implants are round smooth. A doctor I consulted with who has been performing surgeries for 30 years said after all of the different shapes and textures that was the most natural feeling one. I ended up not going with him because he thought I would barely be able to hold 330 but trusted his knowledge otherwise
