Dr Bucky is also a very conservative dr. He said that he wants to make sure that the change he makes to my face will be a definitely positive one. So he doesn't want to be too aggressive with taking out fat. He told me to wait for another 6 month until the face completely settles, he will then take out some fat from my cheeks but he won't be able to take any fat out from my upper mouth because it is full of nerves there. It is too risky. His other recommendation is to have a lower face lift to offset the squareness of my face due to the fat grafted to my lower jawline.

Great job! Dr Ganchi

I had a fat transfer done back in the summer of 2013 by dr Ganchi, the results was subtle and beautiful and it makes me look much more feminine. But I still have nasolabial fold. So I went in to consult with dr Ganchi again. He recommended in the future maybe a Lowe face lift and now basically leave it alone. I went to consult another dr for second opinion he also is located in Wayne. He is supposed to be the top dr based on tons of the 5 star reviews and advertisement on real self site. He recommended another fat transfer to get rid of the nasolabial fold. I also asked him to even out my face a little. Right side is slightly smaller. I told him I don't want overfill.
Long story short, the day of the surgery, I didn't realize that local anesthetia means 12 hours of unconsciousness. I woke up at 9 pm with a huge swollen face and pain which I didn't experience with the procedure from dr Ganchi 2 years ago. This dr injected 22 cc of fat all over my face and the scars from taking the fat are still all over today. I am a petite and thin woman so he took fat from everywhere and the last thing I remembered was 9 am and I was given 3 pills. Six months later, my face looks completely crooked with right side much higher than left side and my face turned square which looks much worse than before. I am no longer an attractive woman and I hate every min of looking at my face. I used to love taking pictures. Looking back, I was quite pretty and I don't know what I was thinking. I should just use fillers for the fold. I have all the before and after videos and photos. But too embarrassed to post right now. I can't reveal the dr's name because I remember I had to sign a piece of paper right before surgery regarding lawsuit. I never did that with dr Ganchi. Be aware of the 5 star reviews. The patient who had bad results are not allowed to post negative review on the dr because they have signed an agreement.
I have contacted dr Bucky in PA and going to see him today and see what he says and if he can reverse the damage and return me back to the face prior to the face fat grafting.
For all of you who is considering fat grafting, go to dr Ganchi, he is very conservative and will not overfill your face. For those of you who go to a dr who is going to use overfill method, you have a very high chance of getting a crooked face and you will regret that decision. Fat is not easy to be taken out and it is very very costly to reverse the procedure.
As I researched online, I realized how many out there suffering from this procedure and very few reported success except one lady with screen name: "good face gone bad". Please wish me good luck and for all of you who are suffering from the bad fat grafting procedure, I am hoping that my journey for this year will be a positive one and it can bring hope to you.
I will keep posting my progress. Eventually, I will post all pictures too so you can see before and after and what a bad fat grafting looks like and how a small change in a negative way can totally change your look and your confidence level and bring depression to your life.
