5 days post surgery and feel great!! One concern are my nipple pointing down??? HELP!!

So today I am 5 days post surgery and I am feeling amazing, I have actually been feeling amazing the last 3 days. I've been getting up frequently, getting my kids off to school and able to move around with ease. I have been been off my pain meds since 9/15. (Only 4 dags on oxy) I have been just taking 2 ibrebrophan b4 bed) I'm very ecstatic from the stories I read I thought recovery would be worse but I am having great luck. I was already able to get my breast drains removed on Monday so that was a relief. I'm hoping I can get one of my ab drains removed tomorrow and the other Friday or Monday. Here is my concern.... So right before surgery my doctor knew how concerned I was with not wanting to have the scar of an anchor to do the breast lift, last minute he decided that he thought maybe we could do it without if we put a big enough implant in which he ended putting up 450 CC's in each breast, I was super excited but hindsight maybe I really did need it. The nurse said on Monday that once I start massaging them which I can do at 2 weeks post surgery they should fall into place. I'm nervous they will not though. What do you think has anyone ever experienced this? i am set up to get all my stitches out on sept 24, yay!! Then i will be able to address my concern to my doc. I hope i keep recovering well!! :)

Tomorrow my surgery is a week away...

So signed all the concent forms and paid my fees now this is feeling real. I'm definitely very nervous. Trying to get everything in order around the house. Clean house, prep some freezer meals, etc. A few questions for you all...did anyone follow a special diet the day before surgery? The nurse said to stick with things easily digested. Anyone recommend anything to put on the scars to reduce the appearance? Is a toilet seat extender really a good thing to invest in so you don't have to lower your body as much? Love this site but don't like reading the horror stories, lol. I'm so nervous on the recovery since I have 2 young children who depend on me.
