would highly recommend a BAM, best decision i have ever made!!, had no complications and recovered well. Dr Andrew Greensmith is a fantastic surgeon, is a boob expert, mine have dropped a little more and are sitting so natural, the result i was after! couldn't be happier...... but one advice i will give is really think about your size even through i am over the moon with my boobs i could have gone bigger, boob greed does happen almost everyone says this :)
