Saw surgeon this morning had my main dressings off..I can finally stand straight now but I still can't push my butt outwards lol I'm still quite swollen and my weight is still up but I've been told it can take about 3 months to go down, good job I'm patient lol few more days off work then back to it on Monday morning. I drove my car for the first time yesterday that went well. And I'm more or less back to doing all the household duties apart from lifting anything heavy. Surgeon said I'm healing incredibly fast so I'm well happy.

Two days post and Drains Out!!!

Slept awful again last night up at 1am until 3:30, painkillers did help but getting comfy was really difficult. However I had a lovely wash down by my husband this morning and I felt like new. Been up and down off the sofa and am walking a lot better, but still find it exhausting even getting up and down the stairs. Went to the clinic to have a quick check up and I'm now drain free!! And what a difference it makes! Tomorrow is a new day and although I'm making small steps to my recovery the surgeons say I'm doing fantastic and I'm standing incredibly well considering it's only two days post. Looking forward to working through another day tomorrow and getting a day closer to being the new me I've wanted for so long..onwards and upwards! X

So I finally got to sleep at just past midnight. Unable to lay flat, unable to lay on either of my sides due to the Lipo on my Flanks and Back so sore, so I just resided to two pillows in sitting up position with my legs arched..woke numerous times as my body subconsciously tried to turn over so I ended up dragging myself out of bed and coming down stairs to watch some TV, new Prison Break on planner so I'll perv over Lincoln for an hour-that will make me feel better ???? can't take deep breaths it really hurts...but it is day one so let's see how the rest of the day goes

Dr Tillo has been absolutely perfect he will be performing my TT and I've seen him twice now and both times he gave thorough explanations and expectations of my surgery, very warm man, quite funny too you can have a giggle with him he's so down to earth but will be honest and tell you what's best for you, so far in my journey I can't fault him. I also have Dr Luciano Perrone for my liposuction whom I've also seen twice he's very nice also and will be honest about expectation Vs reality. These surgeons really seem to care about your welfare and seem honest about expectations verses reality. So far I can't complain about either. And the contact I've had with Michelle Judge from the clinic has been superb she's a lively positive, encouraging, lovely lady and in person even better she's a real asset to them and makes you laugh which is magic medicine when your making such a massive decision. So far in my journey I'd recommend Centre for Surgery
