Finally pics- 5 weeks post

Had a great 5 week checkup with Dr.Parkins today- I love Her and Her nurse Cindy!

5'8 140lbs.
Pre-op 36 barely A
350 mod plus - looks like I might end up around 36C

Sizing was a big issue for me - I wanted something very modest/conservative (I kept saying something I can hide at preschool pickup)! I am on the taller size and have a wider rib cage. I took my favorite push-up-padded bra and measured the projection and compared that to the sizers. 350cc gave me about the same projection. I had a moment last week where I questioned if I should have gone a little bigger .... and the I put on a real bra and shirt for the first time and BAM! Just what I wanted- a size that fits me that I can dress up or down. So greatful for Dr.Parkins and her incredible attention to detail and my wish pics.
Good luck ladies!

From the first consult to my most recent after-care visit, I have been so impressed with Dr.Parkins and her entire staff! I was so nervous going into this procedure and they really put me at ease. Dr.Parkins took the time to really learn what my goal was (modest, natural) and she made it happen! Like another review said, she's easy to talk to- like a mom-friend - who happens to be a brilliant surgeon! In addition, the staff at Watertown Regional Hospital was fantastic. I felt safe knowing I was in a hospital not just a surgery center. I would definitely return to Dr.Parkins in the future, and have already referred her to a friend. So Thankful that I found her thru RealSelf!

Looks so good! I thought 350 would look bigger but it looks perfect. I am leaning towards 325 ish. Glad yours came out so well. I hope mine will look as good. I am scheduled for 2/3/16. Please keep updating so I can see your results as you heal.
Good luck! I will update soon!
i think you look Amazing!! just the look i'm trying to achieve!!
I am smaller than you 162 cm and 52 kg and am opting for moderate profile allergan 310cc dual plane.
Was yours sub muscular?
Yes they are under the muscle!
I've never commented on one of these, but have to say your result is perfect!
Thanks! I am so happy!
Please, please, please check out these two sites regarding sizing: Bra Band Project and Sophisticated Pair (both .com I didn't want links deleted) At your height and weight, and based on your pics, I highly doubt you should be wearing a 36 inch band. And cup size is related to band size. A 36 C is far different than a 32 C. It might be a while till you're ready for regular bras, but when you are, please properly measure yourself. Never rely on the horror that is Victoria Secret sizing, like 90% of ladies do.
Wow beautiful result! I'm adding your look to my wish boobs. I have my first consult beginning of April. Do you know your BWD? I am very active, 42 yrs. old, 5'10", 143# and am a deflated 36A (always was small but the deflated part is a reality after breastfeeding and simple gravity) . While I don't know my BWD I know I have a wider rib cage. Are you still happy with your size? I couldn't possibly get boob greed if my PS achieved your look.
Thank you!
Yes my BWD was 13.5.
I'm just over four months postop, and very happy with the size, I can really play them up or down. Know that they really settled I maybe would go a touch bigger to get a little more upper pole fullness (25-50cc?) I'll try to update another picture !
Thank you...good to know about settling. Really appreciate your posts!

After contemplating this for many years, I finally...

After contemplating this for many years, I finally decided it was "now or never"! I had a prior consult a year ago that left me feeling unsure. After reading great reviews on RealSelf I decided to meet with Dr.Parkins, and that was enough to make me confident in moving forward. Right now I'm 3 weeks post op and (despite being allergic to the compression bra) feeling almost back to normal! My results have already exceeded my expectations and I still have a long way to go!
