Hey y'all - so still lovin my boobs and neck relief.. they have got to finish a solid D cup. My scars are almost non existent. Nurse says they look better then some implants she sees ! My armpits/sides are still incredibly irritating and sore. They are rock hard and I try to massage few times a day..started using bio oil and silicone strips on scars . Can't wait for these hard lipo areas to break down bc it's horrible. I still take narc at bedtime which is crazy but the feeling is so terrible of buldges under armpits. Belly had healed well ..lots of thick hard fat necrosis - belly still is very swollen although it feels fine. Lots of sensitivity in breasts since day 14 , even the lightest cold sensation almost sends a weird feeling all up breasts - I have a hard time feeling comfortable with this. Here's some pics. Oh and sexually active again and sleeping propped on side some times - love buying cute bralettes

HI guys. So day 5 . Pretty much the same. Sleep ok but uncomfortable throughout night. More then anything just from position. The swelling from auxiliary lipo is the worst. Large orange like lumps in each armpit that affect every thing including wearing deodorant * the pain is real * and under it on my sides it's massive massive hard swelling. Liveable but the worst part of recovery. A million times over it's the lipo that hurts the most. I know I don't look like a super model and have so much work to do on myself ( I have alot of excess skin in my thighs as well and have 40 lbs ish ideally to loose ) But this choice of surgery is life changing. I feel like I'm released from a trap - I'm in my own body again. This excess abdominal skin and heavy boobs just felt so wrong. Noticed some nipple puckering and " yellowed skin " after shower today . Tried to shave LMAO worst mistake ever. I take my oxy only at bed time * they don't give much so I limit for pain at bedtime * and I am told to shower daily and take off steri strips as I go. I Still have ZERO drainage. I wear a surgical bra ( ordered 2 but in a C and they are way to small ) and i wear a light full bikini type compression or belly compression some times. Saw nurse yesterday. She said all is fabulous. They removed approx 250 g. One breast and 300 other.. My sutures are self resolving.

You look great! Really, your body is already looking amazing so don't be so hard on yourself. As you heal it will just get better and better. Your breasts look SO good!

Day 3 at home!

So today was so much better . Tylenol once this am . Moved around more. Uncomfortable in groin as my pubic area is so damn swollen . So much retention there. I had a shower And I am SO happy w my breasts. I knew my skin removal wouldn't be as recommended as tummy tuck..I am aware I have weight to loose but I am so happy I decided to do it . The confidence I have again after 14 years is amazing. I feel like 1 million pounds is lifted off of me !

You look good! That's the thing, the drains can be uncomfortable but they help siphon off some of the extra fluid buildup during the early phase. So without them you may feel more swelling. But either way it will get a lot better soon, just take it super easy and let your body heal!
