I paid for my treatment all at once and the cost was 1400.00 after 100.00 coupon and free consultation
(paid 1325.00 with my flexible spending (FSA) account from work and 75.00 on my Amex Card)
I was pretty skeptical about using Smile Care Club, but I made a promise to myself that I would be changing everything about myself that I didn't like from the inside out now that my kids are older and I have time to take care of myself now (all you moms know what I'm talking about). Anyway, I visited an orthodontist who gave me a consultation for Invisalign and the treatment cost was $4900!!! I did some research online and found out about Smile Care Club for a fraction the price and I decided to give it a try. I went into the Smile Care Club Clinic/Center in Washington, DC to have my impressions done by a technician (free with Smile Care Club coupon) and ordered the plan after I received the 3D smile plan emailed to me showing me what my teeth would look like with every tray. I am very happy with the results so far. I have to complete a 10 tray treatment. I am on the 5th tray so far and not only have I noticed a difference but other people close to me have noticed a difference in my smile as well. I had a major tongue thrusting problem throughout my childhood and it caused some MAJOR protrusion problems with my top and bottom teeth. It also twisted one of my front teeth in an odd position. It's been 10 weeks and my protrusion is almost gone as well as some of my spacing issues and my big left front tooth is slowly moving into place and no longer looks crooked.

I do plan to get my teeth whitened after the 10 tray treatment and I also plan on seeing a local orthodontist about shaving my teeth to complete my smile transformation. If you are thinking about getting the kit, you should do it; you will not regret it!!

Also, I haven't had any problems with communicating with customer service because all questions that I've asked has been via online chat. I really don't have patience to wait for responses especially about my healthcare; if you go online and do online chat usually the customer service representative with have you wait a few minutes to speak with someone clinical to answer any questions that they cannot.

Mailed the trays to me a few at a time. Even if you pay in full they still mail you a few trays (usually 2) at a time.
