Endermologie

Hi Ladies,
I have been looking for a place that does endermologie near me for over a month. I finally found one. I've read it helps with scar tissue and smooth out those lumps. I have an appointment set for a week and a half from now. I spoke to the owner and we are going to put the settings pretty low to start and I will tell her if we can increase based on how comfortable I am. This was discussed because I am still sore on my tummy area and don't want to be in pain due to the suction of the machine. I will keep you guys posted.

2 and a half months

Hi Ladies,

Been a while. I had my 2 month check up and everything went well. During my check up I required excision of tissue on my two incisions near my hips bone, because they refused to close up completely. Easy in office procedure. I also have an area of swollen tissue that my ps took a look at. He checked it for fluid and said there was barely any, so it will eventually resolve on it's on.

During the last two months I have had MLD treatments consistently. Initially I started off with 3 a week and went down to 1 a week when I was close to the 2 month mark. These treatments we're pricey, but worth it. Now I am garment free and no longer go for MLD. Every night I do my own mini MLD massage and I also spend time working out those pesky lumps and hard areas. I went from a 34 waist and am now at a 27. My weight was 173 prior to surgery and I am now 160. I will tell you that some of that is due to trying to eat better, but none of it due to exercise since I haven't started back at the gym full time.

I am 100% happy with my breast explant though I'm still getting used to the loss of volume.

2 Weeks post

Here are my 2 week pics. I am still bruised. I will say that I am not shocked. I am one of those people who ends up with bruises all over there legs and have no idea when or how they got there. My bruises also take a very long time to go away. So this type of bruising on someone line me is probably expected. You will also notice some marks on my skin from the glue in surgery. It is slowly going away but I have been unsuccessful in removing it. I figure my skin will naturally she'd it away.

I've developed hard areas and lumps but my massage therapist is wonderful and says I'm coming along nicely and these will resolve.

I got a message about my butt and someone else asked, so I figured I would add it here. I didnt do BBL. That's my natural butt, anything bigger may make me look at bit odd. With said I've seen some awesome Bbls on some ladies. Hoping week three update looks better!

Positive vibes and Happy Healing to everyone.
