I had loose skin following a weight loss of 130 lbs. Dr. Forman explained the surgery and handled all of the details expertly. The recovery time was fine. The results are incredible. I am 58 but have the waist, butt, and abdomen of a 20 year-old now. Because it was circumferential body life, he got rid of my "back handles," the loose skin on my back at the waist area. My clothes look so much nicer on me now. Thank you, Dr. Forman!

It sounds like you got some really amazing results so feel free to add pics. How long before you resumed normal activity? Looking forward to your updates.

Congratulations. I am scheduled for the body lift in 3 weeks. I never thought about more than the tummy tuck. How long did it take to feel like getting back to work ..or normal activity. I don't know if I will be approved for short term disability. I may have to go back too soon.

I was walking the next day, but exercise was not allowed till almost two months later because I was still draining fluid. I was able to work from home luckily. My left hip was sore for awhile but that pain went away. There is tightness because Dr. Forman tightened muscles and tissue as well as removing skin. And I had an old scar from an ovarian cyst/appendectomy which ran from my navel to my pubic area. That scar is now gone!mons. cN
