My BBL Journey with Dr. Ramineni

I had my procedure done this past Saturday the 15th with Dr. Ramineni and his very talented team which consisted of Chaconne Ligon, Sharonda Sullivan, Michael Bennett, Samantha Marzi and my anesthesiologist Bing. My husband and I am speechless at the service they proved to me. My journey was very organized, from getting my consult by the lovely staff who managed the first desk. Dr. Ramineni has a bedside manner like no other doctor I have been to. My expectations were high and he delivered. I enjoyed talking to him and I asked him and his staff many questions. I am now 3 days post-op and I feel pretty good. Nothing has been a surprise, because they advise you on what to expect. I would NOT hesitate to go back to West End Plastic Surgery for my next procedure. Trust me I was very skeptical and did hours of research before deciding on Dr. Ramineni and his staff. I recently move to DC from NY and I have very high standards. I can not say "Thank you" enough to Dr. Ramineni, Sam, Michael & Mr. Bing who made me feel very comfortable the day of the surgery. Sam you are awesome! As for the time up to the surgery I am greatful to have met with Chaconne & Sharonda. This practice exemplify what a true Plastic Surgery Office should be. I do appreciate this site and I must say that pretty much everything posted here on BBL recovery is true. I do want to thank the people on The Real Self for keeping it Real! I think the hardest part is feeling your body very stiff and hard. I do realize that with time it will get better. Patients is what one needs to undergo this alteration. Sleep has been the hardest thing for me. Listen to what your doctor says and follow his direction. Next update will be in a weeks time.

Hello ladies, The beginning of my journey starts like this. Last month I went to West Side Plastic Surgery for a consult with Dr. Ramineni. The ladies at the front desk was very helpful in getting me a last minute consult with Dr Ramineni. I met Dr Ramineni and his PA. In speaking to him you can tell that he is very intelligent and passionate about what he does. He is also very friendly and has a great energy. He listened to me while I asked countless amounts of questions and answered them. He also described the procedure from beginning to end. I then met with his Surgical coordinator Chavonne who was amazing. Chavonne makes such a great team with Dr. Ramineni. She spoke to my about payment options and gave me good advice. She was never pushy which I appreciated. I then met with the anestisiologist who was very informative and also listened to my concerns. At the end of the consult, I told Chavonne that I would need a week or so to make my decision. About a week later, I emailed Chavonne to schedule another appointment with Dr. Ramineni. This time it was to meet with my husband as he wanted to meet the doctor and ask questions. We went home and discussed the procedure with my husband. He was not happy about me wanting surgery but is very supportive . I emailed Chavonne and told her that it's a go. My surgery with Dr. Ramineni is scheduled for the middle of December......in a few weeks! I am very excited but nervous. I do appreciate this website and I have been doing research for the past few months. Thanks you ladies. I will write an update soon! Wish me luck!
