Results So Far - Optimistic

Here is my review so far, after two sessions. I feel like I'm definitely seeing results, though obviously fluctuations in water retention and photo conditions make it hard to be sure.

I decided to do Warmsculpting to help me reduce the size of my stomach. I carry almost all my weight there and have gained quite a lot due to not being able to exercise for a year (I've had chronic anemia). I'm otherwise healthy, though not a particularly fit 37 year old.

I'm generally quite slim, and I eat normally. I'll eat a burger or fried chicken once a week, drink a couple of beers, but otherwise eat lots of veggies and legumes, a bag of crisps once a day, a couple of biscuits here and there. I don't watch what I eat but I try to eat real food most of the time.

I wanted to kick start the fat loss on my stomach because I am going to the gym again and I know from experience how hard you have to work to shift fat there.

I've had two treatments: one on the 5th of December 2019, and one on the 16th of January 2020.

I had four paddles across my lower abdomen for both treatments, as well as an extra two on my upper abdomen during my first treatment.

I did feel pain, it feels just like bad period cramps. I handled it ok through some deep breathing and a couple of Paracetomols beforehand. I managed to go up to the highest setting for 12 minutes or so, both sessions.

The nurse, Elle, was lovely. She stayed with me and we chatted, which really took my mind off the pain.

I massaged the area every day, though for the first round I didn't do any cardio (which you are advised to do by some literature). I've always drunk a lot of water.

I'm now 3 weeks post my 2nd treatment, and 9 weeks post the first.

I started doing moderate daily cardio and a couple of high intensity classes, as well as core exercises following the 2nd treatment. I'd say I go to the gym about 5 times a week, for between 30 minutes to an hour each time.

I feel like I can definitely see changes in my stomach. If you look at my first picture, my stomach is quite uniformly round and firm. The third picture shows the underlying shape of my stomach. Also, looking at my belly button across the first three images, you can see how deep it looks before the treatment. In the 3rd picture, you can see the inside of my belly button.

Just wanted to say I'll be updating this post as soon as I see more changes!

Yay! Glad you're having success and seeing results. I have a CoolSculpt appt coming up but truly was going back and forth between that and Warmsculpting. Fingers crossed I also have good results. Keep working hard! You look great!

Also I would say this has been one of the best things I've done for myself, I genuinely hope other people can get good results with whatever methods they try

Thank you :)
I would have done Coolsculpting because I know the results are more well documented, but the suction element meant that it would most likely cause a great deal of pain with my fibroids. Hope it goes well for you, too!

Oooh, OK. I did see that you had fibroids. Didn't even think about that. Well how awesome that your second option was exactly what worked perfectly for you! Thanks so much for the positive vibes!

Side view, before both sessions

These are pictures of my stomach from the side, before my first and second sessions. There is a small difference visible between the two sessions, though not much.

I'm going to try take a side view picture of my current stomach but it's tricky doing it alone!

I've definitely lost loads of fat. My fat is no longer as pinchable as it was, when I try to pinch it now parts of my skin slip out from between my fingers.

Since my last update I've had a health setback which has meant I've done no exercise for three-four weeks. I've also been eating not so great, but I've still lost fat.

Updating with a front facing photo as my side profile is still quite large due to fibroids. Even when I suck my stomach in it still sticks out loads :(

Anyway, I'm scheduled for another session with probably only two paddles. I'll updated more as I lose more!
