Sick with a bad cough and fever

I wanted to do a quick update.. in regards to my stomach issues, it all seems resolved, haven't had any issues since I went natural and more aware of what I eat.. I did start exercising which was short lived because my youngest, 4 year old, got a stomach bug that lasted at least 4 days and then right after that she got an ear and chest infection that took her 1 week to get better.. and now I'm sick with a horrible sore throat and fever, my abdomen feels like I did a ton of sit ups, it's horrible! And my other three kids have a bad couch with sore throat. Can't wait until I feel normal again :-(

Finally getting my butt on the treadmill

I'm not going to lie, it's been rough getting back into a workout routine.. my husband got me a treadmill so I don't have any excuses lol! As of Monday I have been speed walking and light jogging for a little over 1.5 miles on a 2% incline , that's about 25 min on the machine.. can't wait until I can run a solid 3 miles and get back into strength training. Hopefully in another month or so I'll be back where I was, that's if I don't have anymore set backs.. but regardless I'm loving my figure and looking forward to spring vacation and summer.

Feeling so much better! Like myself finally!

I finally feel like myself again!! Thank god! I was feeling so discouraged and alone in this digestive issue lol! But after going natural and being really careful on how much i eat in one sitting has made such a huge difference..

Now I can report on the progress of the surgeries.. my tt feels great not much bloating anymore! Whoohoo! And hardly any swelling..

My breast feel great, the right side is slowly dropping but it's getting there and my breast are staring to feel like normal full breast, not right hard like before..

Right now my only complaint is my upper back, especially my right side and shoulders are sore and achy.. not sure why, i did get some new bras so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

May have loosen them up more on the straps or something.

I went to see DR. Mele because he did my moms TT and she looks great.. After I went to my consultation with him, I knew he was the one lol! He was very nice, compassionate and was very thorough.. He was relate able. I felts safe, and that's important to me.. I have never been under anesthesia ever and that makes me nervous along with many other things, but he made me feel at ease. My husband got very good vibes from him too.. To compare him I went to see another highly recommended PS.. He was nice doctor but I hardly got to talk..He went straight into his background and about himself.. He just made me feel uneasy and made me feel like I was just another body. Regardless of how well his work turned out, I wanted the whole package in the surgeon I picked.. And Dr Mele sure proved that to me, I'm excited and anxious/nervous at the same time but then I feel at ease that I picked him as my surgeon and would recommend him to anyone.
