When did you start running after your TT? I'm still only walking per doctors order (my TT surgery was 1/26). I miss running but even with only being able to walk I still feel can feel my sides kind of pull and sting a bit when I pace walk too fast :-( You look amazing. Congrats on your 1/2 marathon- you go girl!

Hi! I started running slowly about 6 weeks after my surgery. My half marathon time wasn't great, but I finished. I had lipo on my lower flanks and that hurts a little when I first get running, and I can feel my implants for the first mile or so. Dr Degnan said this was all normal and if something hurts really bad to stop what I am doing. Planks and push-ups are a few months away. It hurts so bad every time I try. I am terrified I am going to gain weight if I don't keep moving. This surgery was too expensive to mess up!
